I used to thoroughly enjoy getting chicken pad Thai at this location. As of today, I expected nothing but the normal pad Thai that I enjoy, but cone to find a piece of steel wool wrapped up in a piece of chicken. I ended up calling the location to establish the issue. I talked to both employees working there around 1 PM 01/21/23 and neither bothered to understand my complaint. I wasn’t angry, I wasn’t being aggressive over the phone, and they neglected me and hung up with no effort to understand the issue. I’m never eating here again.

While the food is good, the service is awful. Additionally, even if you’re paying inside for takeout, they still charge you $2+ more on all noodle dishes, $14.75, even though the price right in front of you on the sign while you’re paying says $12.75. When I was the only customer, and woman, in there, they didn’t acknowledge my existence for minutes even after I greeted them and then finally the guy looked up and said what do you want.

Great place for some Thai food right off campus. Service was friendly and good. Wait time for food seemed right. There is a small seating area with minimal decorations. Not a fancy place, but good food at a reasonable price.

On my 3rd visit I tried for the First time the spicy bamboo and fresh spring rolls loved them both the peanut sauce was thick and delicious and customer service was awesome thank you guys for your hard work .
