I was in the area and decided to try this place and I am so glad I did. This was the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life, the flavors are unreal every bite was a burst of flavor. It’s such a cute cozy spot with the best waiters and waitresses everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I will be thinking about this ramen forever, I can’t wait to go back!

We love this place! My friend and I enjoyed our dinner here a few times and everything was delicious and flavorful! Really nice atmosphere: the staff and the owner Jill are super friendly.

This is a cute place but a little pricey for the portion size. As far as the menu goes, the place leans more Hawaiian than it does Japanese. They still have some great Japanese staples like sushi and ramen. When we walked in all the tables had been reserved but there was plenty of seating at the bar. Initially I only ordered the crispy rice salmon, which was good, but I definitely needed more for dinner. After that I also ordered the poke salmon bowl which was delicious but also wished I had more of.

I had some fried chicken buns, and spicy salmon rice appetizer. Vibe is really cool feel warm and cozy perfect spot to shelter from the winter. Sake in the cup was also very tasty.

Came here for the first time a few years back….cheap beers and sushi?! Super weird place and off the beaten path. Everything is delicious. And very very fresh. Not your local “3 rolls for $12” place. Staff and booze are great too. The only bad thing is due to size, not really a place for large groups. That’s ok, more space for me

What a great find! We were lucky enough to have Suzume near our hotel and wow was it delicious! We tried a couple of different rice bowls and both were delicious. They were busy but the server kept up and the food didn’t take too long to arrive. The restaurant is quite small and lively even on a weeknight, so luckily they had space for two when we needed it. I would consider maybe making a reservation if you really want to eat here.

Cute spot, decent service. A bit on the pricey side for quality of food, which I notice the owner says it is due to inflation (yes, yes we know, we just want to provide our opinion/review). For appetizer, we ordered a crispy pork belly bao, which was overcooked and definitely not crispy. In addition, the bao was garnished with an oversized chunky block of cucumber. It was not enjoyable to eat and what a waste of a pork belly! My husband got the Hawaiian fried chicken rice bowl, which was ok. It is honestly hard to mess this up with the simple ingredients of the dish. I got the Yao Yao Ramen serve in a really small bowl, on initial presentation looked yummy. The tonkotsu broth was a disappointment in flavor and the temperature at which it was served. I do have to say the quality of the ramen noodle was quite good! As some other customers stated in their reviews, this establishment probably ok for White folks and would not recommend if you are Asian. I am sure the owner will have some rebuttal to my review, like they did to many others on here. However, this review is an honest opinion of my dining experience and coming from a sincere place. Wishing this small business and neighborhood restaurant best of luck!

Excellent!! Found this place on the Seated app, and don’t know how it was the first time i tried it, it was so good. Perfectly small place for a drink with a friend or a quiet dinner date. Everything we ate was 10/10.
