It’s been quite some time since I’ve had some good home cooked Nigerian dishes. I googled this place and went to eat lunch. The guy talked me into trying the egusi soup and lordly.. it was fresh and so flavorful. I definitely will be making this a regular stop. The service was great and the prices are reasonable. It’s not a big fancy place but I’d spend my money here any day over the fancy places.

1000% yes. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. I got beef suya, chicken suya, smoky jollof and plantain. I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived. Pleasant staff and an auntie was in the kitchen so I knew it was going to be good . Will be going back regularly.

Today was my first time ordering however I most definitely will be returned for more yummy! Omg the food is absolutely delicious and the portions are large! I ordered the vegetable stew with Tilapia and a side fufu. The food is so flavorful and juicy , the right amount of spice!

I think I got egusi instead of okra stew by accident but I ate it because I was hungry and OMG IT WAS SO GOOD! I’ve never liked egusi but was super surprised by theirs. Suya was really good too!

It was really good food that was well seasoned. I live close by, so I had no issues with service or picking up what I ordered. The price is very good for the amount of food they serve. I would recommend you try it, but if you’re worried about the order getting messed up or whatever, just pick it up in person and check your bag before leaving.

I absolutely love the suya, it taste just like home. The meat is tender and spicy. The jollof rice is out of this world, My boyfriend loves it so much . Best Suya in Houston. The atmosphere needs a little work though but they are by far my best Suya joint!

I was debating on where to go and get Suya and Rice. I had a few places in mind like Paddy’s Point, Motherland, Bantu Vibes, and Class Plus Chez Clarisse. All of which I have not tried yet. I decided to come here. I must say that I was not impressed. I got 3 beef Suya Sticks and 1 Gizzard Suya. I was undecided on what rice to get. I asked about their Coconut Rice and the guy said that they were out so I got Jollof Rice. I was really looking forward to the the Jollof Rice because I have not had it in a long time. The Suya sticks were good but not very meaty. The Gizzard stick was very filling and spicy. The Rice was a let down for me. It tasted like rice with tomato sauce no spice or anything. I may try them again in the future or not.

We enjoyed a couple of sticks of Suya chicken, jollef rice and plantains. Everything was delicious, the spice and char from the chicken was just right and the onion and tomatoes helped cool our mouth. Can’t wait for our next visit to try more Nigerian dishes, thank you Suya Hut!

I gave it 2 stars because the amount of food was decent. The rice was burnt and had the smell and taste of burnt rice. The chicken had a good taste but the chicken was fatty and not lean.

Amazing, authentic food. I’ve been going for many, many years. Flavorful suya, jollof rice, plantain – YUM! And so many other wonderful things, I’ve never had anything I didn’t love.
