I have to say that I was really impressed with pretty much everything, the waitress greeted us well. They have a pretty good beer list, they have a short draft beer list, but it’s pretty much premium beer. And all 16oz mugs have the same price for any beer the same for the 24oz i chose Sapporo beer, very smooth and delicious and paired well with my shrimp cocktail. Will definitely be back with the wife for a night out soon.

I was excited to go here thinking by what I read ( the name) and what I saw in the pictures that it was a sushi spot but it has so much more to it. While I will not come back here again for sushi , I’ll come back for the other food they serve & their drinks . The sushi I had was overpriced ($14.99) for a tiny roll and had no flavor , not even the mango slices were good instead dry and rubbery…..

First timer…. I went in on a Tuesday night! Didn’t get the waitress name but wow great service! Great food! Our rolls were out super quick! Can’t go wrong with the OG roll California roll!! The Crunch & volcano roll was delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back! My neice and I had a great dine.

Food is AMAZING. Service…SUPERB. Presentation…EXCELLENT. Delicious blend of traditional sushi cuisine and inventive Mexican dishes. The blend and ideas mix PERFECTLY. Even the initial salsa offered upon siting has its signature flavor. Highly recommend this place.

Honestly not bad at all. I got the aguachiles sushi roll but was not my favorite the onion taste really strong and over powered the roll itself. The el wishing on was really good! The shrimp a la sushi hon was good and spicy. Mojará was ok. Rainbow roll, crunch and caterpillar roll taste like any other in an actual sushi place. The prices were the only down fall pretty spicy. La patrona drink was really good!!

If you love Mexican plates and Japanese sushi, then you’ll love Sushingon. We do not go anywhere else but here for sushi. Transitional places offer smaller portion sizes and, often strange or dull sushi options for the same price or more. Sushingon’s sushi options are your traditional favorites (Volcano, Caterpillar, Spider, Crab, etc) to original Mexican favorites that are either creamy, crunchy or tempura’d. The sauces are plenty and the well balanced in flavor. You might order to share but it’s never enough. Order spicy and non-spicy to enjoy a balanced of both options. This is a excellent sushi. They also have a full Mexican menu with Crab-stuffed Jalapeños to Marlin tacos. Both are delicious. Their Campechana shrimp and octopus cocktail is fresh and satisfying. Their Camarones a la Sushingon has the smoothest guajillo sauce I’ve tasted. I had to finish every drop. Portions are satisfying and generous. The Michelada here HUGE and offered with 1, 2 or 3 beers on top. We will only have Micheladas here because no one else rises to the occasion. We are absolutely very satisfied customers. Get rid of your sushi bias and cross the street. You won’t regret it having a better sushi experience with pleasant Mexican music in the background. If you prefer a bar, there’s one with plenty of TVs all around. Social distancing is maintained and tables are well-separated.

Happy hour is buy 1 get 1 half off sushi rolls. They were all really good. The service was good too and the place was clean. I recommend the jalapeno roll, it is deep fried and really spicy.the ingredients were fresh.

Food was deliciously delicious! Prepared with care. Service was amazing. Will definitely be coming back again and again! Best place for sushi! Mexican food as well! Even the quesadilla was great! My son is pretty picky but he definitely enjoyed the rice and beans! Completely worth the drive. Will only be going there. They have a little of everything so plenty to choose from. But don’t worry anything you choose will be delicious!
