Not only are the Sushi dishes at SushiMakio scrumptious on the palate, but each plate is beautifully crafted and presented as edible artwork. This is not your run of the mill fish; the seafood leaving Idesako’s kitchen is a study in perfect seasoning, aged just so, brining out subtle textures and flavors you won’t find from careless preparation. We invite you to experience the difference. Visit Master Sushi Chef & Owner, Makio Idesako at SushiMakio and sample the delicious offerings that he prepares six days a week for dinner. Call in advance to reserve your seat at the Sushi Bar for an Omakase experience and Makio will craft a personal sushi adventure tailored to your tastes (6+ courses)

Word of mouth brought me here and it was such a satisfying dining experience. The service amazed me at first (my needs were so promptly taken care of), then I took a bite of the food… Just wow. I couldn’t say enough about this place. Too bad I found out about it a little too late. It’s a must-visit if you are in the area.

I ordered fusion, philadelphia and graffiti rolls. It was all delicious and savory. Also miso soup and edamame was delicious too. People were nice and friendly. They also have special appetizer of the day too. It’s a little small place but cozy and nice local restaurant! I really recommend this place if you like sushi.

This place could not be better. The sushi was pure fire… Super fresh and some of the best prepared rolls I’ve ever had. Cannot recommend more.

Was brought here by friends and was not disappointed. Menu features a combination of familiar and unique/new (to me!) sushi restaurant options. Call and make a reservation as the dining room is very small.

I’m extremely confused about the high rating of this restaurant. The sushi is decent, but definitely nothing out of the ordinary that would justify the outrageous cost of the entire menu

I’ve ordering here since the last 5 years. I don’t going to try it anymore. It is been one year that they are doing really bad. Also charging more money for things that the website says another price. Good bye! Don’t want to be more disappointed.

I am frequent flier in Japanese restaurants and this is one of the best I have ever been in a long time. When I am back in town will come back. And don’t forget to reserve, we were lucky to get the only table left.
