Since moving to the area almost 2 years ago, my husband and I really enjoy good sushi, and this place is truly a hidden gem! We’ve tried a couple of other local places, but honestly, this is the one place we just always go to when the craving for amazing sushi hits!

We LOVE Sushi Yoru! If we are craving quality sushi, we come here! Jenny is always so kind and remembers our favorites. The lunch specials are our favorite and it comes with edamame and miso. My son doesn’t like the sauce and veggies in the sushi bowl, and they are always accommodating him by making it simple. We love the sushi bowls with everything! And my daughter gets the Alaskan rolls. Mmmmm

Without a doubt this is the best sushi in Lake Zurich. Service is also friendly and excellent! It does get busy and food takes a while during dinner time, but it is worth the wait. I will be back with my family! Highly recommend salmon dragon, tuna dragon, and winter dragon rolls.

One of the best sushi places I’ve experienced in Chicagoland. The owners are very friendly and polite and the chef is absolutely masterful. Watching the food be made was a genuine treat. Everything is high quality and delicious. Will be visiting again (and again) for sure!

Hidden gem in the strip mall! This is a mom and pop shop, and the chef has some good ideas for sushi! Good prices and large portions. Tasted fresh and loved the seared rolls.

This place was really good. It has really good and friendly customer service and delicious food. The wait was a little long but it was worth it considering you get to see the food being made fresh in front of you. It was a lot of food too. Would specifically recommend the jalapeño roll. Also a very nicely decorated interior.
