What’s better than delicious, fresh sushi? Half price happy hour on said amazing sushi! We ordered the California Roll, the shrimp tempura crunchy roll, the Viva Las Vegas deep fried roll, and the sweet and spicy dumpling.

Sushi really good. We went at the time that all the appetizers, sushi and rolls were 50%. I really recommend the super white tuna/escolar it is creamy and buttery. There was only 1 server and our food was getting mixed up I think they are slightly understaffed. Their ideas for their rolls are so creative! Note: they have 18% gratuity for 6 or more people. If you are in the area then I really recommend going.

Wow, from the time I walked in till the time I left they catered to all my requests. Always had my drink full and always asked if they could get me anything else. Did the All You Can eat lunch and was not disappointed in any way. Each appetizer was delicious and each roll was so yummy. The chef would even do a half order of one roll and another half order of another rule and put it on the plate so that way I could sample more things and enjoy the variety. This is my go-to place from now on when I come into Vegas for business or vacation!

Sushi way is the best sushi restaurant I’ve been to in the Las Vegas area, the owners dedication to his restaurant is truly an amazing sight. The garlic yellowtail is my favorite thing to order, I haven’t had a single thing I haven’t liked. Definitely stop by and experience this amazing place!

One of my favorite sushi places in the city. It’s not in the usual chinatown area, making this place not usually busy which is good if you like a quiet atmosphere. Fish quality is certainly of a top-level and nigiri has a small portion of rice, unlike some of the cheaper places in the city. The all-you-can-eat is a great option with many unique appetizers not found at other places such as the coconut shrimp tempura. I definitely recommend sitting at the bar as the sushi chefs are very personable and fun to talk with.

Overall, the quality of the ingredients is very high. Everything was fresh and delicious. The calamari was served with what seemed to be a malt vinegar tempura sauce and the shrimp tempura came with a smoky flavored tempura sauce. The salmon skin salad was very good. The spicy garlic edamame is delucious, not too spicy and properly cooked, simply fantastic (as were the scallops). Be aware of their higher dinner price all day on Saturdays! The oysters and mussels were good. We had one recurring issue which could not be ignored. The sushi rice was loose and falls apart easily. So was the nigiri rice, making it all nearly impossible to handle. Also, there was a bit more rice in their rolls than at most places. We noticed the premium high-quality sashimi, and appreciated it. It’s just too bad that all the rolls had loose rice. It became very aggravating. One last thing bothered me a little bit. Their miso soup was not that great. Besides being a little tasteless, it didn’t have any chunks of tofu at all. For being the very first thing we had, I was not impressed. We were happily surprised to see the FBI desert is prepared with a coconut-fried banana. The service was very good. It’s one of those places where you fill out the paper sheets and they take it back and fill your order. I would have given five stars if the rice was better.

The best sushi I’ve had from an ayce. the quality and preparation are top class and the offer a ton of unique, creative, and delicious rolls. Price is extremely reasonable for what they offer.

Great deal for solid AYCE made to order sushi. You can also order hot foods as part of the AYCE, but I personally haven’t tried those yet. The garlic ponzu is a bit too strong for my liking so I would stay away from rolls which use that. Try one with to decide for yourself. Good selection of rolls and they put good amounts of fish on the rolls. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Pretty good sushi that doesn’t go overboard with the amount of rice or crab meat, but, for sure, among the absolute worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. Waited 10 minutes at the door and no one even so much as as said hello or acknowledged my presence – not the wait staff, not the sushi chefs, no one. I finally approached one of the waitresses and asked her if a host was working the front – she responded as she walked away and pointed to a piece of paper, “just put your name down on the list”. I finally get a seat and the waitress recommends I try the all-you-can-eat sushi dinner which I did. What a waste. I ordered three things to start and received two of the three within ~15 minutes. Once I finished, I waited 10-15 minutes for the waitress to check up on me, and after I finally had enough – I walked through the restaurant to where she was and inquired about my third item – to which she said it was coming and walked away. I followed her and told her I wanted to order a fourth item while I wait. 10 minutes later I get the fourth item, but still haven’t received the third item. 10 minutes after that I, again, hunt down the waitress and ask her about my third item to which she responds surprised “you still haven’t gotten it?”. I finally got it, but its taste and quality was not even worth a 5-minute wait or a fraction of the frustration. I eventually gave up, paid the bill and left frustrated and still hungry. Never again.
