As far as sushi-go-rounds this one is up there. The sushi tasted fresh. There was plenty of variety and you can basically order anything from the menu if you don’t see it on the belt. Nice service with average plate prices. You can tell from the number of plates we had we did not go away hungry.

Wonderful. We sat at a booth but I think a chair beside the conveyor belt would be the most fun. Food is very affordable. We could see a chef slicing salmon. Very cool. Food prepared right in the center of the restaurant!!!❣️ Had asparagus rolls, crab salad rolls, California rolls, tempura shrimp rolls. On average $1 per roll. There were cookies and fruit, watermelon and grapes. Egg rolls. Dumplings. Yum. Wait staff was super friendly and kept refilling our drinks. Couldn’t ask for better service or food. My daughter comes here all the time and just loves it. Lots of parking. Lots of gluten free options and vegetarian options. Stuffed mushrooms looking amazing. Definitely coming back again.

Service during lunches a little on the light side. Seating decent plenty of bar style a few booths. Sushi fresh plenty of choices. Egg rolls very tiny. Soup large bowl good flavors.

It’ll do in a pinch, but I honestly don’t know how it’s gotten 4.4 stars… I’m pretty sick of the trend of giving everything 5 starts. I’ve had 5 star sushi. This isn’t even remotely close. Fish seems fresh enough. The atmosphere is less than a cafeteria. The staff is friendly and attentive, but nothing to write home about. I’m not trying to put these guys out of business by any means, but they’re not deserving of the same rating as some actual fine sushi that this city has to offer.

I absolutely love sushi Sapporo. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. The sushi is always fresh, it’s always looked clean enough to eat off the floor lol and the customer service is amazing. The prices are reasonable. Zero complaints. I’ve tried other sushi joints but nothing compares to Sapporo!

Customer service was the highlight of my dinner. Server and chef were having a good time and asking if I needed anything. You can just tell the sushi chef what you would like and they start working on it. Then you are just charged by the plate when you want to go. Makes it quick and easy! Less than 30 dollars to be very satisfied with fish! Smaller servings of 4 bites makes it good for those who can’t decide what to get.

I’ve gone here three times now with my family. We really like this place. The pricing for plates is really simple; green plates are the only plates that are priced differently. All other plates are one price. All the plates are under $3. We keep coming back because they have a really good selection on the conveyor belt and the sushi tastes really good. The people making the sushi are attentive to the people dining. If they see that you’re watching the track for awhile, they’ll come over and ask if there’s something you would like to order. The sushi rice itself is seasoned in a way that adds to the overall flavor. They also have ramen and udon you can order. We tried the udon and the broth for the noodles is perfect, not too salty or bland in any way. This place is now our go-to for track sushi.
