What an amazing hidden gem of edomae style sushi tucked away in Gloucester, MA. Chef Sang sources the freshest and best fish available, both locally and abroad from Spain and Japan etc. Attention to detail, beautiful presentation and some of the best fish you’ll ever taste!

This was a birthday night out treat with the family to remember. Chef Sang and Sophia work together like a finely tuned orchestra, engaging but equally focused on providing you the best omakase experience. The food is fresh and flavorful, thoughtfully prepared and the narrative that’s provided with each course made it so much more interesting. The monk fish liver and the Uni are to die for. You can see by all the 5 star ratings that Chef Sang is an expert at his craft and the experience is one I will definitely repeat. We will definitely consider the Home-kase next

Hands down the best sushi and sushi experience we’ve ever had. I don’t know how we’ll ever eat in a regular sushi restaurant again. The fish was superb, the presentation beautiful. Chef Lee explained everything he presented. Watching him work was wonderful. Sophia was delightful and so helpful. Definitely worth the cost and a not to be missed experience.

My initial intentions were to take the photos of every course I received. This was a big fail because food was so good that I couldn’t resist eating everything immediately.

I am thrilled to share the best omakase in New England. I’ve been to plenty of popular omakase restaurants in Manhattan or in Japan, but this is the place I regularly visit despite the two hour drive. I have to applaud Chef Sang Lee’s devotion to serve the best quality food based on his philosophy, which leads to the artistic presentation of sushi. I really like the uni, scallops, saba maki, and toro Chef Lee provides, but everything that is presented will give you the full omakase experience that may change your viewpoints on food as a whole. Highly recommend!

Best sushi I’ve ever had, Sang makes the Sushi with care. It’s not just another order to him. Great food, great service, great staff. Tried it for the first time yesterday, and I’m going back today!

This is hands down, without question the best, most authentic omakase sushi (Edomae style to be precise) experience in New England and perhaps even the US. On par with Michelin-starred sushi ya in Japan. Exceptional selection of fresh local and Japanese fish of the highest quality. Both Chef Lee and Sofia were warm and engaging hosts and took the time to answer questions and explain the meal. I will definitely be back!
