Not bad but nothing to write home about. My Amaebi head was not crispy enough. In fact, it was downright chewy. The Maguro Sashimi and the rest of the sushi were pretty fresh.

I came here with my boyfriend, for context we are both black. One of the staff members seemed to be treating us different from others. She was very friendly and kind to other guests but short with us. Once the bill came they did not give us an option to tip. They pre included a 15% tip that we could not add too or subtract from assumingly because they thought two black customers wouldn’t tip fairly. We had politely left thinking this was normal but a past customer informed me it’s not.

Chef Andy and his service crew were/are still top notch (which we all know is rare in the food industry after Covid 2020). Probably one of the few restaurants left that is always worth the money. Honestly, the prices are fair once your try the menu (topped out with exquisite ingredients). This place continues to be a family and friends “favorite” so share with people you won’t mind bumping into.
