Overall ok sushi but nothing to rave about. I will say the size of the rolls were bigger than normal. I personally thought the tuna was a bit too fishy. My husband wasn’t a fan. We ordered the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, philly roll, tuna roll, and the spider roll. For once neither my husband nor myself finished the sushi. The salmon was good and tasted freah. My husband had a squid salad and I a garden salad. He ended up sick. I didn’t so maybe the squid.

This little restaurant sure has a HUGE fan base! Thankfully we arrived just before the rush. We were able to sit at the sushi bar which is always fun to watch the chefs! The fish is fresh and delicious! We enjoyed the miso soup and edamame as well! Our service was top notch! Our favorite was the rainbow roll, so many flavors of fish and the sauce was delicious! We will definitely return and would even wait if it’s it’s busy! Definitely top notch sushi in Tucson!

Hands down best sushi in Tucson, though I haven’t been to Obon yet. Very fresh fish, the uni and toro if they have them are great. Also a pretty amazing agadashi tofu. The sushi rice is very good as well and the servers and sushi chefs are very friendly. If you want cheap sushi or all you can eat this is not the place for you.

Last year I would have given this place 5 stars. But the last couple of times my partner and I ate here were disappointing. The second-to-last time, our fish cuts were chewy with fat or sinew, not at all up to their previous standards. And last evening I ended up sick with food poisoning, likely due to bad hand washing. This spot was our go-to for excellent sushi in Tucson, but now I can’t see us coming back here ever again. Quite sad.

We were a party of 3 and waited an hour for a table on a Tuesday night. I think that says it all.

My sister and I just had lunch today and the waitress is very rude. We felt discriminated. She was very nice to the other customers but to us she is rude. The food is good though. It’s just the service that sucks.

Place was packed and sushi was disgusting. I had a hard time not throwing up in my mouth. The whole table I was with was very dissatisfied with the service and food.

Vegas roll was very good. 1st and will definitely not be the last time. Looking forward to when the wife can eat more than a baby bird

Easily the best sushi in Tucson. They take pride in the quality of the fish. The gentlemen who prepare the sushi are phenomenal! Thanks for being here!

We came here for a late lunch. The place was still a bit busy, but the food came in quickly. As soon as we arrived, they immediately brought our miso soups and two portions of edamame. The sushi was really good. I liked the fact that there was lots of fish and avocado. We also thought the gyoza were good. My husband enjoyed his oyakodon. The service was super kind and attentive. Would definitely come back.
