Had the refreshing roll which is good take but the place is loud and not a “fine dinning” like Koi in Seal Beach. Just saying. This place is a beginner sushi place. again just saying.

The sushi here was so good! The regular rolls are bigger than expected and was impressed by this. Shows that the restaurant is not skimpy on providing tasty portions to their patrons. Keep up the great work! Waiter was very friendly and even offered his recommendation on his favorite sushi orders since it was our first time here. Only thing I would note is that because this place is close to the beach, be weary of the flies for outside seating although the restaurant does put out fly repellent near each table, the flies just won’t quit. Try to sit inside when possible.

Me and my wife always drive on 2nd st and see a huge crowd here. We decided to try something simple there. Ordered some teriyaki chicken , orange chicken and spicy shrimp roll. The food was not good. Chicken seem to be pressed and chewy, spicy shrimp roll was also just ok. The price is cheaper compared to other restaurants and that might be the reason of the quality. I believe other Sushi items might be good which is why there is a crowd always there. We do want to support local businesses however the restaurant should UP their quality of the food listed in the menu and charge reasonable for it.

Amazing! My party of 6 got seated immediately as we walked through the door. As soon as we were seated we were given a complimentary miso soup! We all got our food in under 10 minutes and mind you, we ordered A LOT. everything was super tasty and enjoyable. Best sushi i’ve ever had !!!!

Great salmon sashimi with little to no wait on a Friday night. I had some nigori sake and an octopus salad. Parking sucked, but the nearby meters were affordable. Service was kind and they allowed me to bring my dog to the patio which is a huge plus. I can’t wait to go back. The salmon was buttery, fatty and delectable.

We came here for brunch and what we got was what i will call a very exquisitely tasty food topped by outstanding service from the staff. The green guacamole sauce served with the chips was exceptional.

This place has more sushi choices that I have every seen. Not a fan of their Miso Soup as it seems too thin. The sushi is fresh and delishious. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Two days after eating here I had diarrhea… then I had a fever and pimple like rash from my face down to my chest. This went on for two weeks. I finally went to the dr and I was told I had 5th disease.. I was told I would go away. It didn’t. I went to a dermatologist after.. she said it was folliculitis.. I was prescribed antibiotics.. it wasn’t until a few days later I had a worm come out of me…this was 17 days later…I went back to the first doctor said I was misdiagnosed and was put on 4 tabs of ivermectin.. I was ok temporarily ok and now everything is back. I do not have insurance and so far I have paid 500 dollars. This started may 22, 2023. I also saw another review from last month which happened to vanish from this site.. I have video and pics to prove everything
