Everything is delicious here and excellent service. Sashimi is extremely fresh. Due to inflation, I suspect, they’ve raised the price of their Lady Lunch Special to $19.95 and taken away coffee and ice cream. Been coming here for years, it is an absolute favorite place for authentic Japanese food.

My friend took me here for a lunch date and it was such a great experience. Everything tasted really good. The place was very nice and cozy. Our server Hendrick was excellent. He was very attentive and super friendly and polite. I ordered the Tonkatsu Pork Lunch box and my friend got Japanese Curry with rice. Definitely coming back soon to try the rest of their menu. We got complimentary coffee and coffee cake for dessert. That was a plus.

I generally write reviews for only great experiences or really poor experiences. Boy was eating here with my family a great experience. The menu was vast and the fish was fresh. The only thing that would top the food was the service. I believe our waiter’s name was Hendrick and he provided us with exceptional service. He was familiar with all the menu items and there was a lot of character to him. He was a lot of fun. I highly recommend eating here. You will not be disappointed.

I can see why this place is rated a 4.7. The food is so good that…. well define good! Lol. The service can better. Not the waitresses or waiters just the amount they have. I wish they would hire more people because our waitress was so swamped that near the end of our visit I realized how sweet and great at her job she was! But again the food is SO good and this will definitely be a regular spot for me when I want takeout or when colleagues wants some yummy sushi! smile

For starters, the food is always good. I don’t know much about authentic Japanese food, but I like everything I’ve ever eaten here. Their service is always fantastic. And now that I’m a parent, I extra appreciate that they are super kid friendly. They anticipate what you’ll need and bring it before you even ask. Really lovely place for a nice dinner.
