We actually stumbled upon this place and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The sushi was amazing. So many choices but we settled on 3 rolls, Best friend, Ruby, and Hypnotic. The latter being my favorite. We also got one app, fried oysters since they didn’t have what we really wanted, calamari. Not a big deal at all. We came away full and satisfied. We will be bringing out girls next time.

Great sushi spot in the neighborhood!! Fresh and made well!! Plus they have a full list of house rolls that are 3 for $35, all of which are amazing!! Then they have a full lunch and dinner menu to choose from! And many more specialty sushi rolls- the favorite was the furious dragon! I got the sushi duo- 10 pieces sushi and a spicy roll or California rolls!

Very good sushi compared to some other local chain sushi offerings. Outstanding presentation and flavor. Go during lunch happy hour to save money!!! You’ll love it.

This is a great place to pop into if you are looking for a sit-down meal and are flying solo! The sushi offerings are a little smaller so you’re able to get more of a variety without having a huge oversized single roll. Staff is friendly, and it’s an easy to get to location

Great place to go if you’re pregnant or vegan and craving sushi. They have a good selection of veggie sushi and cooked fish sushi.

The best thing I can say about this place from the one experience I’ve had is that they have a wide selection of rolls, they have a very convenient location, and their ginger is white, indicating a lack of artificial coloring. Unfortunately, my praise stops there. We ordered a Green River roll, chirashi, and miso. The Green River roll comes with avocado on top. The avocado was nasty. Pro tip: if there are black spots in your avocado, you don’t have any avocado and should either get more or let your customers know you’re out of it. Thankfully, I had my own avocado that I ate with the roll when I got home. The miso was still pretty warm when we arrived to pick all the food up. This would have been good, except it was in the same bag as the sushi. It was sitting on top of the sushi, separated only by a couple of napkins, and all of it was sitting out on a warmish/room temperature table, which means the sushi was not kept cold. We don’t know how long it sat out, and it concerned us enough that we ended up cooking the chirashi at home to make sure it was safe. The miso had like 2 little shreds of green onion, 1 little bitty shred of seaweed, and like 5 tiny tofu cubes in 8 oz of broth (yes, I measured it). Overall we were disappointed and probably won’t bother going back.

This isn’t high end sushi by any means, but the rolls were reasonable and I think the atmosphere and sushi quality is a little higher than Trappers and that’s a win for me!

A lot of great sushi options. If you’re going for the first time, recommend reading the menu before you go. Our favorites were the Furious Dragon and Parmesan Salmon!
