They cancel online orders when they have 3 people seated claiming to be too busy to fulfill online orders, but they do not cancel them on their end, they make the customer do it without any communication. The customer must contact them first to figure out why they never got their order and they make Door Dash drivers contact them if it’s a 3rd party order instead of canceling it on their end. Very inconsiderate to both customers placing online orders and all of the delivery app drivers that cone in to pick up orders they are assigned. They should turn off online ordering if they can’t staff their business to take care of those online customers.

I’d like to try it again possibly and add a star. They were out of a few things and so I just got a roll and maguro nigiri. I can tell their tempera is spot on. However, I did not like their setup on the Ramen so I did not order it. The reason given was too many customers complaining about the hardboiled egg. So they put a fried egg on top. Odd to me. The owner of the restaurant should set the rules. Not be swayed by customers who do not know proper Ramen setup. I know some Ramen places do completely hard boiled eggs and some leave the yolk runny. It all depends on what the restaurant chef wants to do. The sushi was good enough I would try it again. The server was nice.
