Never judge a book by its cover is the first thought to this restaurant. From the outside, you would think hole in the wall. THEN you go inside. Wowsers! And the food is equally impressive. I spent more than I meant to because I wanted to make up for what I thought I was getting into. This place is a hidden gem.

Seemed a little grumpy when we walked it, but when served and told her about celebrating my son’s birthday…they certainly lit the place up! With cheesecake, the happy Birthday song over the intercom & a free multi-roll! Was for sure a great time & place to celebrate! Yay, and the Saki-Cherry bombs ….will continue to support Sushi-Garden, your place rocks!!

Hands down the best sushi experience I’ve ever had! All their salad dressings are made in house and tasted so good. I had Hot Knight Roll and hubby got Volcano Roll and Veggie Bowl. Eel was surprisingly tasty! All food was super amazing! I’m very impressed. It was a very quiet environment and the waitress was awesome!

Sushi Garden has been my favorite Sushi restaurant in Pueblo for sure, selection is great, sushi is delicious, and Dale the owner is great at his job of getting you fresh sushi out. Plus our server Tammy so down to earth so real and she really on top of things making sure we where good and had everything we need, people! Give it a try, you wont regret it!
