Let’s just begin with the service, the Asian lady with the bobcat haircut was one of the worst employees I have ever encountered, not because she could not do her job but because she has no respect towards her customers. Rude and inattentive. Once quickly rushed to our seats, we ordered our meals, to be fair, the food was good, however hard to enjoy because of the lousy service. What triggered me was the automatic high tip, which was unreasonable for the terrible service. I attempted to change the tip, I approached the server requesting the change, but only gave me a look of disgust and giving me the minimal answer of no, while trying to push us out of the restaurant. I find this absurd. Don’t come here, drive somewhere else.

Has an automatic tip and doesn’t tell you on the menu for the all you can eat. The waitress stopped serving us after only three rolls. Additionally they put tax on the tip which doesn’t add much, but that’s not how tips work. The sushi itself was warm and was of poor quality. Do yourself a favor and drive to Walnut Creek for better sushi.

They are beyond stingy here. And the sushi was nasty. No taste and chewy. Seriously don’t waste your mom here.

One of the few all you can eat sushi places in the area. Right at about 30 bucks puts it at quite the deal. They have a ton of rolls, I think around 40 to choose from. A good portion is spicy but most of them have salmon and tuna not just imitation crab meat. No nigiri or sashimi but everything I had, had a good portion of fish. All in all a great place to go, just kinda of the beaten path though.

The Asian woman with a bob cut(hair) is one of the meanest employees I have ever seen. I’ve been to this place few times for pick up orders and she treats people really bad. I have to wait for 15 to 30 minutes after promised time. It’s alright I understand that if they are busy but should have the curtesy to inform customers about the waiting time. And my food was ready and it was on table for awhile and I ended up staying super late for cold food. Not fair. They have good food but, please change these kind of employees to avoid bad ratings. I honestly don’t comment but I really wanted to show how disappointed I am.

So we didn’t get to actually eat here. The menu looked impressive enough, but we were never seated. Our party of 3 arrived there ahead of 2 others: a family of 4 and an elderly couple. The lady asked us to wait for a table to open up. There are only 5 tables available but due to COVID they had to space everyone out. Only 1 booth was occupied from what we could see.

I ate here in October for my first time. It was pretty good. The sushi was great! Reasonably priced for sushi rolls. We got 4 rolls for a total of $56, which seems pretty typical for sushi in our area. We arrived before the busy rush of the evening but as we were leaving there was a very long line waiting to be seated. The place is pretty small with not a lot of tables, so I suggest to arrive before dinner rush time. The only reason I am not giving them 4 stars is because I used the restroom while I was there and it was terribly disgusting. This may have been a one time event, maybe it’s usually perfectly clean, but for my visit it was terrible.

Great/very friendly staff, specials are constantly updating, very creative rolls as well as the classics, fantastic prices and most importantly very fresh fish! I’ve been to a lot of sushi restaurant in The Bay and this is hands down my favorite. Around dinner time it can get pretty packed but don’t let that deter you, it’s well worth waiting a few minutes to get a table. This place is so good I’ve got two of my friends, who (thought they) hated sushi, to become regulars. These guys and gals really care about/take pride in their craft and it noticeably shines through their food and hospitality. Easily a 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend!

Solid bento box, service can be a little bit uneven sometimes. Suggestion for the restaurant, don’t take over one of your booths during lunch or dinner service, so patrons cannot sit down. This is just laziness and not a good look. Also paper towels sitting around in the restaurant don’t look good either. I know you guys are probably going through a lot right now but try to keep up appearances. But you do you. Your food’s good, don’t relax too much and in trouble time.
