Conveniently located across from the Vancouver Mall. Easy parking. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The prices were fair. The food was fresh and rotated around every four minutes. My only complaint is the dishes weren’t labeled, so I kept having to ask the server to help me find the dishes I wanted. I’ll be back!

Just right next to the Vancouver Mall. Location is awesome. Sushi is fresh we went to there Saturday lunchtime. Shrimp tempura Ramen is awesome. My 2 year old baby love to Ramen broth. They have soda(root beer, sprite,Pepsi and etc) if you wan you can order sashimi too. Facility is clean, just no diapers changing station inside restroom and not clean toilets that is an error but foods are good. And service is awesome.

The only decent menu item is a $1 cup of tea. Staff ignores you, rolls are sloppily cut and put together. The sashimi was sweating and the vibe is toxic work environment. They have a lot of weird little up charges. Like . 50 cents for orders under $10. $1 charge for unused soy sauce, and a mandatory 15% gratuity for groups of five or more. The food is made with anger and old ingredients.

Very disappointed. I have been to this place many times over the years and I might have to stop, the service is SO bad now that I don’t want to come anymore. Had to wave down someone to even get drinks I ordered calamari and never got it and just the overall unfriendly natur of the staff now makes me uncomfortable. I’m sad to have to leave this review because the food is good but the service is just not worth it. This has been an ongoing thing for a while with service getting worse and worse and now I’ve had enough.

the staff is good, they cook deliciously and the choice is large and the prices are also affordable, but it is advisable to update the inventory and make cosmetic repairs, at least in the restroom.

Sushi had an old taste to it. A lot of the food prep is just sitting out uncovered. Ordered chicken yakisoba and chicken teriyaki. The meat tasted sour. Which in my experience has the symptoms of being old. And sure enough from only eating a few bites I had to use the bathroom within 30 mins of getting home. When I brought it to their attention they said I had to pay for it regardless.

It’s conveyer belt sushi, so it’s not the greatest going to dine in. When you get a take out or delivery though, it’s always better. The service was below average, they didn’t come and check on us at all, no refill on drinks, we didn’t have any napkins, and when we were done the guy couldn’t shoo us out the door any faster. It’s good if you’re in the mood for a quick sushi dinner and don’t want to spend a lot.

I don’t expect much from lower grade conveyor belt Sushi places but this place was pretty sad. First off the service was horrible it wasn’t until half way through our meal that we were even asked for our drink order. Most of the time the staff were loudly chatting with each other. The food was pretty poor as well and had been sitting on the belt for a while.

We used to love coming to this sushi stop! Ever since the change in management however, the store has been going downhill! I am ashamed that we must find a new regular spot, and that I almost gave my family food poisoning due to my loyalty to food service joints. FIX YOUR DRAGON ROLL! We know that the shrimp is different and cheaper now. That’s unacceptable.

If ordering Pick-Up be sure to call them after placing the order. I got a confirmation for pick up at 4:30pm. I got here at 4:33pm and they couldn’t find my order until the girl at the front counter checked her phone and confirmed the order on their end and said it was going to be a few minutes. They’re perfectly happy billing and charging you immediately but will wait around until you show up to confirm the order and start making it. No apologies offered.
