While their food for the price is great, their quality service has decline to the point that you’re having to call down for items such as the menu or water or refill. This are basics, it shouldn’t be hard to not know or do. I guess having the big tip included in the price makes them not care for service quality. The food cooking isn’t 5 stars, but it’s great and fresh. If you’re interested in “excellent cooking” try a more upscale place and you’ll also pay way more for that experience. Food quality is great for the price and you get to try as much food as you like, as long as you’re not wasting it. I’ve no longer visit them frequently due to their service quality not been what it used to be.

Honestly an absolute middle of the road sushi restaurant. I wanted to give it more stars for the sake of being a cheap, quick delivery option, but apparently they’re off doordash and grubhub now. Eating in person can be a LONG experience, if you don’t have anywhere to be it’s fine. But not a place I particularly like going to in person.

Definitely NOT the best there is. Can barely call it decent. However, if you are craving sushi for lunch one day and don’t want to pay for GOOD/ GREAT sushi, then this works. Service is non-personable, minimal interaction with the server aside from the pickup and drop off of plates. 90% of their rolls are EXTREMELY basic. $20 plus an 18% service charge? I’ll have to be REALLY wanting sushi and REALLY wanting to pinch pennies to come here again.

This place is always a great goto for sushi. If you eat a lot of sushi when you go, and are tired of paying $70 per person, head here for all-you can eat at just about $20! I usually eat what would cost over $85, but I get out of here for about 25-$30. (It would be less, but I pay an added cash tip because I heard from one of the staff that the added 18% “service fee” does not truly go to the staff like a normal tip.). They have great appetizers, too (endless shrimp tempura for one thing!). And the hibachi steak and shrimp is as good as any you’d pay 5 times as much for at some Japanese steak house.

Food was good quality and fresh but it took us 15-20 minutes to receive any food each time we put an order in. After almost two hours, we decided it was time to give up on trying to get food promptly. We will just keep going to the Melbourne location where we have had no issues with the speed of service.

The food was simply amazing, and I will be returning very soon. I seen there was no one there waiting to eat because everyone seems to DoorDash from this place so it made the location seem kind of dry. This is great food and I advise you to get to trying it now. Enjoy.

Door sign says open Monday through Saturday they open at 11am. For 3 weeks in a row, not open at 11am on Saturday. Hard to get lunch from a closed place.
