Another Americanized Japanese restaurant. Although Sushi Expo has some authentic nigiri sushi and maki rolls, it mostly produces westernized rolls. The bento boxes are good. Overall it passes for a good sushi restaurant for the masses.

Great place, very tasty. I visited the place about 10 times in the last 5 years and all the time we were served immediately and the food was ready in less than 10minutes. Lots of parking. Prices are fair. Service is very fast, usually served under 10minutes from the time you order. I highly recommend.

Disgusting. Simply disgusting. San Jose, how have you collectively given this place 4.5 stars?! First off, the service is atrocious. Unwelcoming, unconcerned, disdainful. And let’s say you like this place for delivery. The fish is frozen! It’s like getting previously frozen red snapper from Safeway, cutting it up into thick slices and calling it sushi. Come on, San Jose. Expect more from restaurants. This place is unacceptable on so many levels.
