We found our go-to sushi place in Castle Rock! The food was great and the service was great! I highly recommend the Alaska Roll, the Cheery Blossom Roll and the Snow Cone (baked roll-second picture). For those who struggle with chopsticks, try a hand roll… I might or might not be speaking from experience

Great atmosphere and service was very good. Love the special rolls and the bento box is huge with great options. Castle rock roll is my favorite with delicious miso soup

We haven’t been to Sushi Castle since they opened. They have totally remodeled the inside and it’s just great. The sushi was so good, and the service was wonderful. The BOGO on the hot sake was awesome. My only complaint would be that they should have a sushi happy hour on the food. Even the best sushi places downtown like Sushi Den have happy hours. I think it would be awesome, but we had a great experience and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place. Castle Rock was really desperate for good sushi. Thank for bringing it Sushi Castle!!

Delivery!!!! Sushi was delicious and after a long first day visiting the area we were thrilled to be able to stay at our Airbnb and enjoy great sushi.

Amazing food, always great service. As a chef myself, good presentation is a must. The food is so pretty you almost don’t want to destroy it by eating it, but yet you are intrigued by the colors and textures and have to try it. The miso soup, tuna poke, unagi, everything is delicious. Thank you everyone at Sushi Castle for an amazing experience, not just a meal.

Decent Sushi place in Castle Rock! There was great service and the server gave some great recommendations on the rolls. I personally did not think their tuna was that good but their salmon nigiri was solid. Will def come back here if I am craving sushi again in Castle Rock.

Honestly, the worst sushi and chicken fried rice we’ve ever had. The food was just not good. It cost us $97 for to-go for 4 sushi rolls, chicken fried rice, and crab wontons. We will not be back. I was shocked at how poor the quality of food was for the price. I don’t mind paying for good sushi, but this was way too overpriced for the quality. The fish was not fresh, the to go container of rice was less than half full and had basically no chicken (literally just a few shreds of pieces of chicken like maybe 5-10 and no carrots/peas), etc. nobody in my family ate any of the food and everyone, even my super chicken fried rice loving husband, said the food was not good.

Consistently amazing sushi, great service and soothing ambiance! I think we’ve probably been 20 times or so and only once was the food anything less than 10/10 and then it was still a 9/10. If you’re in Castle Rock definitely give this spot a shot! (The Plum Creek role is a family favorite )

Being a re-newer establishment, this sushi restaurant now owned by a young prosperous and ambitious 21 year old have started off on the right direction. The food is amazingly good, the furniture being outdated still brings much promise to this business. COVID-19 has been a damper for most businesses and though the young owner brought this restaurant back after the previous owner’s unfortunate age related death, it still struggles with the need for employees. I encourage all in the surrounding are to come support this sushi restaurant and the new and young thriving owner.

Worst sushi I have ever had is n Colorado. Service was decent and cannot fault them for the quality of the sushi. But seriously not the freshest nor the tastiest. Dined alone and paid $50 for mediocre food. Seriously needs to step up their game but maybe an ok place for castle rock. No one’s fault except the owner though because they would be the one in charge of selecting the food and listening to staff.
