The food and atmosphere were excellent but the server that worked our our table had an attitude and the time that we had to wait was unacceptable. Of course we were a large group (corillo) but, come on, there is no excuse for that attitude and wait for so long. Sorry guys but you need to fix that.

Food was good place was busy one hr to 1hr-1hr-35minute wait time. It wasn’t what I expected when I walked in the restaurant as they portray it on there Instagram & FB page but it was okay. One thing that bothered me were the fly’s that were in the place you had to shew them away as you were eating. Service was okay a little longer than expected but like I said they were pretty busy.

Wait staff is trash , service sucked 1 hour wait time was not worth it at all. Food took a hour and 15 min waiter never returned to see if we needed any drinks . Received 4 sushi rolls and only 1 chop sticks so we used our hands we was starving at that point. Food was not great at all I don’t see what all the hype was pr Food buffet on obt is 10 times better . $200 for 4 people just wasn’t worth it at all. Never again

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed a to go order and I received an email that it would be ready in 25 minutes, I got to the restaurant early and one of the servers said it would be 15 minutes until it was ready which was great at the time because it matched the predicted pick up time. When I went back in to get the food, I was informed it would be another 25 minutes. After an hour, my food was finally ready in which they didn’t even follow the special instructions (I asked for removal of an item that came on the meal) and the food quality/taste was poor and did not match the social media advertising. I went in the restaurant to speak to the manager, a woman, who told me that it was my fault ordering the wrong item (which I expressed that I did in fact order the correct thing) but she continued to misplace the blame on me and that the restaurant does not issue refunds, only to order something else instead which she told us would have been another hour wait. I was really looking forward to eating here after seeing them on social media and was highly disappointed with my experience especially with the amount I paid.
