Trying Japanese restaurant for the second time, I really enjoyed sushi here. I am not a big fan of sushi but the quality and freshness was irresistible. I will come back to try other type of sushi. Very friendly staff and you can book in advance. Staying open till mid night is great.

I was fooled by the reviews into trying this place out. The food was ok, we did like the Corona roll that has the lime on top that was different. It wasn’t so much the food but the prices and service. Definitely way too overpriced for the area, this aint Miami or New York even for sushi. Our server seemed underpaid and overworked. He was polite but lacking any energy or enthusiasm. This place needs a shot of energy and find a way to lower the prices by at least 2 dollars a roll and maybe well be back.

SO GOOD! totally would recommend. the waiter was great, sushi was amazing. My friend and I went on a super last minute decision and were very happy w our experience. Sushi was delicious, gyozas were tasty, sushi rice was nice as well. Will definitely be coming back!! As a college student, their hours are awesome

Me and my brothers had a great time! I got the Spicy Chicken Dinner Box and it was delicious. When my meal came out my two brothers were jealous of what I ordered. I would definitely recommend this place!

There is no better sushi in Lexington than Sushi Blue. I celebrate every great milestone in my life here. Staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable. Owner is super friendly and welcoming. Food is unbeatable!

It’s a place on the smaller, cozier side with delicious food and attentive wait staff. Their sushi was impeccable, and I’ve enjoyed both their bulgogi dinner box as well as their udon soup. The food is fantastic in quality, flavor, as well as presentation.

We love this restraunt. Great atmosphere for a date night or a lively night with friends. Great service, great attention to detail, and beautiful preparation of sushi rolls. Everything tastes very fresh every time we go.

I can’t say enough good about Sushi Blue! Not only is their presentation wonderful the sushi is amazing! They have all the sushi you could ever imagine. The deserts are so delicious, the mango ice cream and chocolate cake are my favorites. They have great drinks, great food, and the owner, Sarah is so wonderful and has created a wonderful dining experience. 15/10 would recommend.
