I would have photos of the beautiful food, but I couldn’t keep my chopsticks off of it long enough! Every time me and my husband come here, the food is amazing! Freshly made, great atmosphere, a wonderful family run restaurant that will not disappoint. Perfect date night spot, would recommend to anyone who loves sushi (the yummy and celebration rolls are my favorite, but all of them are amazing!) teriyaki, udon, or tonkatsu.

This is a great place to go and have sushi! As I have traveled around the United States I have tried to eat at as many sushi places as possible, from Hawaii to NYC. Everywhere I go the sushi is either to expensive for the amount or not good quality. However at sushi bar the sushi is top notch for a small town business!

I’ve had sushi multiple places in major cities like Chicago, I’ve had sushi along the different oceans, and I’ve had small town sushi… this place rates nearer to the top end of high class sushi bars. It is our new go-to when we are in Madison. Family run operation and very modest prices. Fairly busy place for Sunday night. Well done Sushi Bar team!

I’m not big on most sushi! However this place has the best vegetable rolls! My family goes weekly and they always treat us so nice. My youngest always waves to the cook. Even after she woke up from her nap in the booth! It’s clean and quiet as well!

My husband and I talked it over and agreed that this is the best sushi restaurant we have ever been to. The Philadelphia roll has an AMAZING smoke flavor, and the crab rangoon is the best I’ve had since I was a child. We will be coming back and bringing friends.
