Food is stale. I ordered takeout. The shrimp tempura looked and tasted store bought like the ones you’d buy from Costco. Sushi rice was mushy. Wasabi was weak.

Ordered ahi tower through Uber and delivered it with no tuna at all. Called the restaurant and literally offered to go pick up a corrected order and they said no that they could not do anything the only thing that I could do is contact Uber. Terrible customer service DO NOT GO HERE

I really loved the seating option. Just something different. Didn’t take a lot of pics cause it was a to go order. Small location, but it doesn’t matter when the food is good. The sushi rolls and spicy edamame was delicious.

Shaggy dog roll was very very delicious! Can’t wait to try more of their rolls. The ingredients were fresh and construction of the roll was great. I don’t have a photo because I was too excited to eat it but visually it looked pleasing as well.

For what we consider “fast food” hibachi, they’re pretty good! There’s not an actual sit down hibachi place anywhere near us so we decided to give this place a try and we were pleasantly surprised. We’ve now been coming here for several months. The portions aren’t huge and I feel like the price reflects that (considering most hibachi places are pricey). We love the fried rice and veggies. We typically get the hibachi steak, we just wish they added flavoring because it doesn’t taste as if it’s been seasoned or marinated at all. All in all, we’ll continue to come here because the food is pretty good and the service has always been pretty quick.

Excellent experience. The staff was really helpful and friendly when I needed to change my order. The restaurant has very unique floor style seating inside. The quality of the food is absolutely terrific! Based on the quality of the food I think the prices are low, so that’s very generous of management here. This has become my go-to sushi place because of the environment, food quality, and professionalism of the staff. I will spend thousands of dollars here. Phenomenal job!

My recent sushi delivery experience from Sushi Bachi left me disappointed. While the delivery driver was prompt and courteous, the fault lies with the restaurant’s failure to meet their usual quality standards. One of the main reasons I chose Sushi Bachi was their reputation for fresh, hot sushi. However, this time, the sushi arrived cold, which was a letdown. I had expected the taste of freshly prepared and warm sushi, but it did not meet my expectations.

Been coming here for a couple of months now. It’s always been take out and I’ve never had an issue with an order. The sushi here is so delicious!! The employees have always been polite and the atmosphere inside, from what I’ve seen, is very mellow. I love the setup, there’s floor “seats” and regular tables. The place is somewhat small but in a cozy way.

Very large and will done Japanese style art. The kitchen service was very fast and convenient. The menu was very easy to read. The crew members were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The food was accurate, hot and delicious. Although both were good, I will say that I enjoyed the sushi more than the hibachi… It was a good experience. I will return. I don’t understand why they don’t bring your food out to you especially if your sitting at the low pillow tables; especially since it seemed like there were some staff just standing around. I was also not impressed by the large metal trashcan that you could throw your trash away in; that the bag can and did easily fall into the can…

Ordered multiple food items . Specifically hibachi chicken. I put in the order at 730. It gets delivered, and they switched it to a shaggy dog roll, which I don’t even like, without warning or asking. So i call 5 times probably. It was 7:55pm, and they close at 8. No one picked up, luckily i live 2 minutes away. So i drop by and have a chat. They we’re trying to close early, and told me they shut off their grills. They are little punks at this store. Rude, and tried to shoo me away immediately so they could close. Definitely a terrible experience.
