We absolutely loved the Surf Deck grill at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Resort. We had lunch there 3 days in a row and every single item we ordered was fantastic! The staff were friendly and accommodating and our meals came quickly and correctly.

My Impossible Burger was great. My dining champion had the snapper and was not impressed. The fries were good. Our servicer was great. He was young and nervous but made sure we were comfortable. The ocean view was nice, but it was cramped.

There aren’t many beach front places in ponte vedra beach area. This one is great. The food they serve is good but I wish there were more options. Still, I visit here frequntly because the atmosphere is excellent.

The surf deck Grille is a great time when having out at the beach. Exactly what you are looking for when it comes to drinking Pina coladas by the beach. They even serve food but will get extremely busy on weekends around meal time. That is the one complaint is that this will get busy and you will be waiting for your drinks. It does seem like there is always a line at the bar as this bar serves the pool area and the beach area. Perhaps if they added a second bar then this one would get less busy. The last storm Nicole did some damage to the beach front but it is still is country club condition. I would certainly reccomend staying at this hotel and enjoying the surf deck grille for some drinks and a snack. I have gotten then halibut here before and it was quite good.
