Went here for the first time craving good Tex Mex since I got here a couple weeks ago and this place did not disappoint. I got a steak burrito bowl and my hubby got a grilled chicken burrito in a chipotle tortilla! The options are endless here with the option to have your veggies grilled if you’d like. Customer service was good they all seemed a bit annoyed that it was slow but other than that it was all good and they made sure everything was how we wanted it! Definitely my new spot in Albany!!! Oh and their punch with ACV in it is enough sweetness to curve sweet cravings but healthy enough to get a refill.

My husband and I love eating here! It is one of my favorite places in town. They are a bit pricey for a fast food place, but I think the portions are worth it. My meal this trip included a quesadilla, cheese dip, chips, salsa, and a drink. The total was a little over $11. The staff are helpful and friendly. I think the dining room could be a bit more tidy, but it was during the lunch rush so that could have been a factor. All in all, I will definitely eat here again and recommend it to anyone.

I have an issue with this location every time I go there. They never have any supplies, they are either out of vegetables, meat, cups for the Queso sauce or something. I place my orders online for pickup. I ask for the chips on the side, the chips are not on the side, One time I ordered chicken nachos and they didn’t put the chicken in the nachos,, I had to literally drive back to get them to do it. I don’t understand how hard it could possibly be to read what is being ordered and get it correctly. Also when you tell them the order is wrong, you have to deal with attitudes for something that THEY messed up.

Food was good. Customer service was lacking. Two girls smiled, while two girls barely spoke. After all four young ladies served us, I asked my wife what she thought and she indicated that she enjoyed the food, but they definitely needed some help in endearing themselves to their customers. Again, food was good, but I didn’t get the idea that they cared if we were there. We will probably return, but for once in my life I’d love for a customer service oriented business to initiate a hello.

I regularly order off door dash. New to ga from FL and this is def giving better vibes then chipotle. Don’t like how thinly sliced the chicken be or the sour cream right on the edge instead of evenly over the whole bowl. Other then that will be taking my family here when they visit!!! Oh another thing I would expect the ground beef to be a lil more wet. I did not like the ground beef.

We love Surcheros! Today, the food was great, but the customer service was not what we have come to know. The girl that was cashier (Nya- not sure of spelling ) left a bad impression. She charged me for the drink that was supposed to be included in my weekly special meal and did not give me any chips, and when I went to use my reward points, she rudely told me that my points were not good any longer because there was a new app. When I questioned about the new app, she was very dismissive. Come to find out later this afternoon when I downloaded the new app, my points transferred and I could have used them AND earned rewards for my $80 visit today (she did not even give me my receipt) . I know she does not reflect the normal customer service and hope she can get it together.
