Overall, the food was very unique and delicious! I think the main salsas (mild and hot) have chili oil in them, which is very tasty! Everything in the burrito had great flavor and the meat was good. The burrito had a yellow type of rice I wasn’t fond of and the pastry was a bit stale, but it was wonderful otherwise!

I like how they actually grill the tortillas and get you that nice crispy texture on the burritos. 3 salsas takes it to the next level. Will definitely try some other stuff from the menu

Said it would take 20 minutes, took 45. But nevertheless food was pretty good

It has been a few years since I have been here. I’ve boasted about it to my fiance for years. Today they finally got to try the wonder burrito, and loved it. If anything their food has gotten even better since my last visit. It’s so clean and welcoming inside. Management is amazing and hands on.

There’s something about the wonder vegetarian burrito they sell that I’m addicted to. It tastes so healthy and whatever sauce they use in that burrito really makes my taste buds satisfied. Honestly haven’t tried anything but their burritos, but, they are the best tasting burritos and I’ve been to a lot of taco trucks. The vegetarian wonder burrito is filled with vegetables – they really pack it. Don’t forget to get a stamp card.

Delicious food—we have tried everything on the menu 🙂 My favorite meals though are the Pupusas and Chicken wonder Burrito. The staff are wonderful. It looks like a hole in the wall type of restaurant and definitely not fancy, but if you want delicious, food from the heart then this is your place!

This is no ordinary taco truck! I’ve eaten at both Super Mario’s trucks many times, and today was the first time I’ve eaten at their restaurant on Northwest. The food is El Salvadorian, NOT Mexican, so don’t go there expecting it to be the same. It’s not. The menu items are similar to Mexican ones, but they are prepared differently than I’ve ever had them. It’s a refreshing change. My three favorites are the quesadillas, the pupusas and the burritos. Also, the family that owns and runs it is super friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Excellent and authentic El Salvadoran fare. Wonder Burrito is one of Bellingham’s best. Fresh, huge, and tasty as hell. Good pupusas too! No fast food joint; Super Marios takes their time – and it is absolutely worth it.

The papusas make for a great trip to El Salvador for the course of your meal, and their Wonder Burritos are a bit of a local legend amongst the college students in town. Couldn’t recommend this charming restaurant enough.

I was able to sample the number 11, and ate most of my number 9. It was honestly excellent. Everything was clearly homemade, including, to my delight, the sour cream. It still had bubbles in it from being whipped! The toquitos were excellent, and paired wonderfully with their bomb habanero sauce. My only complaint was that I didn’t know about this place sooner!
