We had the best burger ever in a diner! We had a great time! Interior was clean and neat. Our server was kind and all the staff as well. Food was amazingly and surprisingly good (no leftovers – and I have 3 young and somewhat picky boys)! We are coming back!

My wife and I decided to try it out. Either our expectations were too high after reading about Duke’s in the newspaper or they were having a bad day or it’s just another bunch of lip service.

We came for lunch and were given a perfect burger, a perfect chicken sandwich and perfect waffle fries for a very reasonable price. I also must note that I had a difficult time choosing between the burger and their pizza. The pizza looked amazing. Overall, a wonderful lunch!

Took my mom here since we were both curious about the new place in the mall. We were seated immediately and got our drinks ordered. The place was clean and the staff is friendly. The tea we got was super fresh, same with the cut lemon that came with it. We both ordered the mushroom swiss burger with fries. Those were probably the BEST fries I have ever had. I got them loaded with a side of ranch and could’ve made an entire meal out of the fries ALONE! The mushroom swiss burger was perfectly cooked and had a very nice grilled taste, didnt taste like it was cooked while floating in grease. My only complaint is that our server seemed new and we set without our bill for maybe 15 or 20 minutes before she gave us our ticket. It was kinda busy, so Im not upset. Overall had a wonderful time over great food, will definitely eat here again if it stays!

Had the Burger and sidewinder fries. Food was good and served hot and fresh with not a long wait. My waitress Alli was very good. The General Mgr. Tina came to check on my table also and brought a refill. Definitely a great experience and will be back again.

I have been coming to the Dukes since they opened and always got the Pork Chop, it was amazing. I saved my lunch today because I wanted a pork chop from here to find that they moved. I walk into the mall at the new location to learn they don’t have the pork chop anymore and downsized the menu by more than half. I decided to order anyway because I was here and I ordered the Angry Duke. I thought it was supposed to have Ghost Pepper Cheese and other spicy stuff on it but what I received was a regular burger with Cheese and onions. Nothing spicy about it. I also got the combo because I wanted a Dr. Pepper and that was because the girl said I could get a Dr. Pepper. After I paid the Combo price and sat down, she came over to say we don’t have Dr. Pepper and I went over to Steak escape and they didn’t either. So needless to say, I paid for a Dr. Pepper and got a water. Water is free but not to me. She offered in replacement Tea or HiC and I can’t stand Tea. I didn’t want a HiC, I don’t like coke or diet coke or Mello Yellow. She wouldn’t refund, only gave me water because I didn’t want anything but Dr. Pepper. $13 and some change for a burger and fries with a water, I guess that’s her tip for conning me into the combo price when I obviously didn’t get that. I won’t be back. I should have followed my instinct and went somewhere else but I didn’t. A price I won’t pay again.

Wasn’t lit inside at the entrance and was a bit bare making it feel closed. The waiter was super nice but did ask us if we knew what we wanted as soon as being seated. There was no music playing which isn’t a big problem but would have been nice. The side salad came out with the food, thought salads came out before the food. The portions were really nice but the gravy on mine and my husband’s country fried steak was kind of on the jelly side with a bit of a dried crusty film over the top. We didn’t eat. As soon as we got our food we noticed the kitchen staff out front smoking. I took my food (not likely going to eat it) but he didn’t take his. His meal was was comped but likely won’t be returning. Gave two stars because at least our waiter was really nice.

Came in through the mall entrance, and there was no one around. We thought they were closed. Had to holler out to see if they were even open. We get sat down and they brought over expo markers and pads of paper for the kids to color on… a grilled cheese sandwich with one slice of cheese 9 dollars. 4 chicken bites 9 dollars. Spaghetti and meatballs kids meal 10 dollars. Husband and I got burgers. 14 and 15 dollars. Zero effort with presentation. Burgers are frozen cooked on a flat top. We were not impressed at all, and will not be going there again. We don’t mind spending money for quality, however, there is nothing worth noting of quality. Overall 73 dollars for a family of 5 plus tip. Not worth it for us, we spend the same at cheddars for a much better atmosphere and quality of food.
