It starts with a fantastic base- the crust is phenomenal. You can tell there’s attention to detail in the dough building- there’s wheaty notes as you crunch through the air pockets. Toppings are top notch too – sauce is a little sweeter than I’m used to- but it works in the overall ensemble. Some seriously good ‘za.
