The food was delicious. I got the chicken strips with the fries. The sauces were excellent. I enjoyed the Korean BBQ the most and the ranch was 2nd. I wanted to try this place at least once. However, it won’t be a frequent place to eat because of the price. The cost is too high for the benefit, unfortunately. The price makes me sad.

Hands down, the BEST chicken anywhere. Anything less than 5 stars would be wrong. The service was professional and exactly what great customer service should be. I actually left my CC behind after paying and I did not notice until the next day. I called the location when they opened and they did find it the night before and kept it safe until I was able to come back and pick up. The staff have set the bar that all other fast/casual restaurants should be striving for.

This was our first time trying this place. We ordered take out on the website and our experience was horrible. As soon as we get there at our pick up time we give them the name on the order and they say the wait will be a little longer which I thought was understandable at first because it was pretty busy. We waited inside about 20 minutes and we noticed that people who got there after us to pick up were getting their food handed to them before us. We asked the lady at the pick up station who we had been standing in front of the whole time how much longer our food would be and it turns out it had been done for a while but no one bothered to call our name or ask if we had already been helped the whole 20 minutes we were waiting. We got home and opened up our bag of food and everything was a complete mess. We ordered cajun fries and it looked like they literally dumped the seasoning on the rest of our food onto the boxes which was such a mess to deal with. I also paid for extra sauces which was not included in the order I received. It’s a good thing I grabbed some sauce at the sauce station while we were waiting all that time. On top of that the food was really pricey. I might have justified the cost if the service was good but until then I will not be returning.

Ate at Super Chix for the first time today. The Hot Chicken Sandwich is definitely one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. It is on the warm side, which was absolutely perfect! The Cajun Fries are also amazing. Super Chix definitely moved to the top tier of restaurants in St George for me.

Best fries I’ve EVER had. The chicken tenders are exactly what I’ve been craving from Canes but disappointed the last year from—super juicy meat , flaky breading, and they aren’t serving you nugget-sized tenders.( like I’ve been getting from other chain chicken restaurants in the last couple of years.)
