Food is not always hot and fresh. Waitresses never smile or greet you. They don’t refill your drinks. They are never happy or smile or even try for their tips. Most of the time the food is cold, dry, hard and has sat so long that you can’t even chew it. Have been very disappointed in this place several times.

Food was just warm, not very hot. I grabbed a stuffed shrimp, bit into it and the pork was raw. Told the guy working here, showed him what dish it was and he said “ok this one yeah” and never took it off the buffet or went back to the kitchen to let someone know. If you are looking for sushi, this place is not it. They had one plate with 2 rolls on it of the same thing sitting on the edge of the desserts, very simple roll with no flavor. Some foods were better than others as far as flavor and texture so I got my money’s worth but I definitely won’t be back here.

Worst buffet food I have ever had. Containers were empty, when they replenished them it was only enough for two maybe three servings so most times it would be empty by the time you would go back up. Chicken was super greasy and the waitress acted bothered by us even being there….not to mention no offer on refills. Almost got the sense like they were cutting corners to save money (which I understand) however that concept is invading their service and food quality. No egg rolls either. Just mushy pork rolls which were terrible.

The one waitress was very rude slamming silverware around. She never welcomed us or said anything just walked around with a very sour attitude. The place was clean. The food was a bit too salty and the only choices was different types of chicken, I think there might have been one dish of beef

Service is not good. I asked them what’s the name of the food and they said, don’t know. These Chinese can’t understand English. Not too many food served. They said, one hundred items buffet but not even fifty items in their buffet.

1 star for the service. Didn’t get offered refills until finished. Not friendly servers. Never smiled. Never had a chance to even talk and try to make them smile. We felt like we were being watched. Waiting for us to leave. This was the service given to all those around us. Food was ok but not what we are used to. Giving 2nd star because of the man at front desk who was kind and appreciative for the customer. Good location. If they up their customer service they could do well and the food could be good enough.
