Bought a bionico today and it had a long hair and I think I might have swallowed a piece also and I went back and was offered another one but I don’t want to eat anything after that. I got a refund but the lady seemed upset when I should be the one upset. I got the money back but I won’t be coming back because the way I was given back the money.

I witnessed a worker named Natalia dumping a old cup of horchata that was left behind by a customer into MY cup of horchata and poured a bit of fresh horchata into it. When confronted, she froze up and made a new one. Disgusting and dirty behavior. Will not come back. I don’t know if Natalia is the owner, but that is cheap and disgusting. She did that to save every cent of horchata that wasn’t used.

I wanted to like this shop so much but unfortunatley I was unhappy with this visit. We ordered ice cream and it was freezer burned which ment it was super old. I also ordered a aguanieves and tasted horrible it tasted like rotten coconut. Hence I ended up throwing every thing away. And none of this stuff was cheap.
