This rating is for all around experience here. As soon as I walked through the door I heard a woman say, “How can I help you?”. Then 6 get in again she asked the same thing. As I got to where she was at the counter she asked again.. rapid fire! I leaned toward her and as I looked around me I said, “I want to eat!”… she said, “by yourself?” Looking around me confused I said, “yes… is that strange”? She walked away from me and I sat down. When I was ready to order I asked her about the Yellow Curry and if I were to order the mix vegetable instead of chicken or other meat what vegetables are used??? She said peppers, onion and potatoes (which is what already comes in it) so I asked again what other vegetables??? I don’t think she understood my question and she assumed that was what I wanted. I ordered Sticky rice also. The curry was mediocre and the vegetables where big chunks and hardly cooked. The sticky rice was soooo sticky I couldn’t get it to seperate. It was not good. Then my friend showed up and ordered Mongolian Beef. It was not really that tasty. I definitely will not return. To me service is very important and of course the food. At least the vegetables in the Mongolian Beef where cut thin and cooked through. Raw potatoes are not very good tasting. And with my eating issues I paid $20.00 for food I really could not eat.

Absolutely amazing! Simple, clean, honest and true food. It is so rare to find a place as dedicated as this. I had eatin here back in the fall of 2019, and now being in the area again it truly surprises me the dedication in ingredients and consistency of their product. This restaurant should be made a priority for anyone visiting the area who is looking for a great experience with Thai food, or for anyone one else unfamiliar with Thai cuisine. Sunset Thai should be the gold standard.

The best Thai food in the five Cities by far!! They have a nice selection of beer. There’s only 1 option for white wine (chardonnay) and it’s by the glass. There are a few options for red wine, but it’s served by the bottle only.

I recently found out this restaurant was formally Thai Elephant Restaurant(name is still on window when you walk up)……under new owners…..(good humble people) it’s now called Thai Food. Please stop by, my reviews have been of the newly owned and named Thai Food. You can tell the freshness in the FLAVOR!!!

By far the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten and I’ve eaten a ton of Asian type cuisines. I w done both dine in and pick up and delivery via Uber eats: and the service is fantastic. My absolute favourite dish is the garlic pepper entree – I get the vegetable version and then I’ll get the vegetable chowmein and eventually mix them together cause that garlic pepper sauce is absolutely incredible!!!!!!!!!’ Like I want a side order of it.
