Visited for breakfast today. They were busy! Hostess was welcoming. Ashley was our server. She was great! Polite, friendly and attentive. She juggled her many tables fantastically. Food was delish. Sunrise Special for me and the hubs, kids pancake for the little. Those pancakes are worth a return! Lots of great menu items, skillets, omelets, “lighter side” section. They serve brunch too. Yum!!!

We ended up here when the diner we originally planned to go to was closed. The place was clean and the one waitress and cook kept things moving. The menu offered many good looking options for breakfast We ordered the veggie skillet and the western skillet. Both were really good. The coffee was good and hot, always a plus. Neither of us could finish our food. I definitely recommend.

This was my second time dining here at Sunrise Skillet and I was disappointed. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and my food was burnt. I could taste the bitterness of the burnt tortilla in every bite and my food drowned in their “Rancheros sauce.” Each bite got salty-er and more bitter that I couldn’t finish my plate. At one point, I scraped everything off the tortilla hoping that it was just the tortilla that was burnt. But unfortunately, the chorizo and beans were burnt as well. Basically, I force-fed myself because I kept thinking “Maybe it’ll be better the more I taste it.” And I didn’t want to waste the food.

Fast service, delicious food! And budget friendly too. Glad they are down the street from me, cause I’ll definitely be coming back. We got the big western omelette and the sunrise special. A few little flys were around which I wasnt a big fan of and the bare handed usage of putting food on the plates was a no-no but overall it was a good experience. Very friendly servers too. Our waffles were delicious! Peanut butter and banana and Carmel pecan with extra whipped cream. (My daughter had had a horrible doctors appointment.) So extra whipped cream it was. Homemade too. Our waitress was adorable. Thank you Andrea!
