Amazing place. Delicious teas and the owner went out of her way to learn a tea I wanted for my orders. The blue cheese salad is like the bast salad I’ve ever had! The protein balls and shakes are great! Love the staff there and the tea gives me a clean energy that is unmatched by other caffeinated beverages and it keeps me going for the day. I’d take a picture of my salad but I already scarfed it down lol so here’s a tea partially enjoyed

This place is awesome! I went there for the first time this morning. They offer lactose-free options so I was able to get a 7 layer bar protein shake which is absolutely delicious. As well as an energizing tea in cherry Limeade which is also very good. Really friendly environment and I’ll definitely be back soon.

Definitely recommend! Super duper sweet girls behind the counter who gave suggestions on what was good, my tea wasn’t quite right but they fixed until it was perfect and gave me a coupon! I will definitely be back!!

Went there for the first time today. Very cute store! Greeted everyone thought the door. She was so informational about everything I asked even gave me her card if I wanted to take time to sit down and chat more about the product. Tired the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake.

I have been going to Sunrise Nutrition almost every day for the past 10 day. The protein shakes are great tasting. I had a salad the other day and it was good. Today I had a sample of the Chicken Chili soup. It was very good. Can’t wait for her to offer soups. Carri and her daughter Sophia are wonderful. Super friendly.
