Pretty good pizza, I like that you can buy by the slice even late in the day although it does take longer than expected. Slices are pricey but also pretty large.

This place is great for NY style, flat, crispy pizza! It’s nothing fancy as an establishment, just a good place for a slice or whole pizza. Beer, too, is also available. Lately I have making it a weekly jaunt!

I went here during Portland Pizza week 2019. The place is nice. I had a slice of pizza that had baby back ribs on it, it was very good. I also tried a slice of their gluten-free pizza. This is the first gluten-free pizza I have ever had that didn’t make me sad. The crust was thick and soft and fluffy. It was awesome! If you are looking for a gluten-free pizza, I recommend going here.

Pizza was pretty good, good crust, really weak on the meat (pork), heavy on the cheese. This place is adding a mandatory 15% tip as a fee to every order. What the hell is that?? Never seen that before and im not down to with it. I wonder where else this is happening?

Sunny’s Pizza has incredible garlic knots. They may be the best garlic knots in Portland. The dough is crisp, flavorful, and deluged in garlic and herbs. These knots are packed with flavor, and the taste of garlic lingers for a bit, pleasantly.
