Skip the other local diners and enjoy the attention put into a meal cooked, primarily from scratch…. gigantic portions, and our waitress was great.. we opened the place because we were starving and tapped out 2/3 through!! So many dishes we wanted to try! Wish we were local… bring home a cinnamon bun! It weighs a ton and is ridiculous!!!!!

Oh my God! I don’t get to eat at restaurants often, but my boss treated me to the most wonderful omelette called the kitchen sink omelette. It was the bigger one and it was packed full of yummy, scrumptious, delicious anything and everything you can imagine that belongs in an omelette, they have 3 different hot sauces like Tapatio Cholula, and the other regular hot sauce, which is the icing on the cake, I would definitely come back to this place again, and again, this place is the best!!

I will not be returning. Talk about disappointment. Walked in and the hostess was standing at the stand. Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. A couple walked in 5 minutes after us and they were greeted and was told to sign in. After them, we signed in and waited approximately 20 minutes for a table. When we were finally seated the same hostess was our waitress. I knew off the bat she was going to be a problem. She was rude and kept cutting us off as we ordered. We had to wait another 40 minutes for our food. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered an orange juice and it was half filled. Not a friendly place and definitely not welcoming. Food was 3/10.

Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. I’m 325lbs and eat out a lot. My go to Breakfast place for the last 15 years changed owners and it’s not that good anymore. But Sunny’s is my new go to. Chicken fried steak is made to order and cinnamon rolls are awesome. Oh and they make their own bread.

Good food and Spicy Bloody Mary! Decorations are sparse and feels like a Home Depot with the concrete floors and dated table cloths. Took a while to get a seat, but the food came out fast!

Pleasantly surprised to discover Sonny’s this morning. It is a full scratch made kitchen, the bakery is done in-house. menu is not over complicated which is great. the wait staff is friendly and the restaurant is bright and cheery. Very well done I will be back.edit; i came back the next morning, had the corned beef hash, this was a proper hash. Most excellent.

This is one of my fave breakfast diners. Always fresh, always friendly. Bright and cheery decor. Only downfall, toast usually is either very late or like today didn’t make it at all to the table. And their toast is so yummy… so missing it was hard but we were ready to go.

Quality of food and customer service are a key factor in our family’s dinning experience. Sunny’s diner was underwhelming for our first visit. We met old friends here who we hadn’t seen in quite sometime. Additionally, one person in our party of 8 was running a little late – it was obvious to us that our waitress was a little impatient with us (they were not busy) and her responses to our questions seemed to annoy her or something. She wasn’t rude per say, but she wasn’t very helpful or welcoming.
