Well worth the wait! We came with a group of 6 on Sunday morning and had about an hour wait. We spent the time grabbing coffee at their place next door.

The huevos rancheros easily EASILY hopped to the top of my list of best breakfasts I’ve ever had… and I LOVE breakfast. Wow. Delicious. So tasty. So cute. Such an amazing little spot!

Very nice place to have breakfast. Lots of menu items to select but we decided to listen to our waiter and ordered most popular meals here. We ended up being happy with our foods. They’re all very tasty. They even have a garden next to the restaurant where customers can wait and see around while waiting for the next available table. The restaurant is super packed during weekends and the wait time could go up to 2 hours. So I think this is a really cool idea to serve their customers.

Another overhyped location (going on reviews). I’ll start by saying the staff and overall atmosphere were excellent. Parking is limited, but I may have missed where to park due to not being familiar with the area. I was sat at the bar upon arrival with minimal wait time. I tried the fried green tomatoes as a starter. The breading was wonderful, but the tomato was super wet and whatever was used to bind everything wasn’t a good binder. I also tried the Mega-mosa which was mixed well and evenly balanced. Finally, I tried the chicken and waffle sandwich. There was a lot going on. It felt like an odd combination and didn’t work for me. Everything was cooked well, it just didn’t follow through on the taste side. I’d revisit for the drinks only. The food wasn’t worth the pricing of everything, and I wouldn’t return for the food.

Nice little spot for brunch. I ordered the breakfast burger medium well but it came out well done. I reported to the server but she only said, “sorry, I will let the cook know “. No offer to make it right. The fried green tomatoes were tasty but 12 bucks for literally 3 slices is an insult. The grits were nice, thick and creamy delicious. Biscuits and gravy dish tasted good. The only issue is that not a lot of sausage.

Really tasty food and coffee! The avocado toast was a winner for sure! It was very busy and there was a pretty long wait but they have a cute garden that you can walk in while you wait as well as a bakery next door (unfortunately it wasn’t open when we were there). They will also serve you drinks while you wait which is also nice! Definitely will go back!

Luckily we came on a day that was not too busy…got seated right away at the bar. Loved watching the crew prep and cook food. They obviously put so much fun and love into what they do and the food benefits as a result. Everything was fantastic.

Delicious and inventive menu. New things and new approaches to old things. The chicken and waffle sandwich with jalapeno jam was fantastic! Breakfast burrito, stellar!

This place was awesome! The food was excellent, the prices are good, and the service was phenomenal! My wife and I enjoyed it so much we went for two days back-to-back. We met some really cool patrons and locals. We will surely be back the next time we visit our second favorite city. The carrot cake waffles are to die for!! The fried chicken waffle sandwich was extremely good too. I highly recommend this place. The parking isn’t great, however, the walk/wait is well worth it!

We enjoyed our brunch at Sunny Point Cafe very much. The biscuits and gravy were excellent, and the Peach Pound Cake with a Raspberry jam was delightful. We love that they have their own garden…they even have raised beds between the tables which soak up the sun between the umbrellas AND provide a little privacy. Very nice place. Dog friendly!
