At this moment if I could give a no stars I would. At first everything was going well, until I started getting my food stale. And just a couple of days ago a young man answers the phone with an attitude and he was very rude. I got hot oil that was expired or in better words it was already bad. After asking for my general Taos chicken to be extra spicy, instead they decide to send me hot oil. WHICH was no good.

The place could be cleaner but that’s how you know the food is good; but it’s also a take out/delivery restaurant where they don’t expect you to dine-in. Delivery could take a while sometimes but that’s expected because they’re busy and the food is good and affordable. I like eating the chicken wing and pork fried rice with homemade ice tea.

I must say they did not want to answer the phone the first few times I’ve called on my cellphone. So I improvised and downloaded the TextNow App, I’m already skeptical about the place from that experience alone but I was hungry. Long story short… I got food poisoned from a simple order such as a “Half chicken, pork fired rice”. How do you possibly get food poisoning from that type of order you may ask? Well for starters, The rice tasted supper salty like they purposely put extra soy into the rice before putting in the take out container, There wasn’t a lot of chicken and I don’t eat my chicken like normal people do I literally cut it up into pretty pieces and eat the pieces I think look good to me and still got me sick

I have ordered from this place for quite some time now, I have never ever experienced such horrible customer service, misinformed information, waited an hour for my food to be delivered but yet when order was placed they said it will be a 35 minute wait and to find out that the order was placed wrong. I will not order from this place ever again. I am one to always support local restaurants I am thinking twice about this from here on out if I had an option to give a no-star I will give zero Stars!

I appreciate they offer an order online function!! I deal with auditory processing and speech issues so phone calls are NOT fun for me…especially making orders via the phone!! But I just wanted to leave some 5 stars to thank the friendly employees on duty the night I picked up my order and was having trouble mentally processing…but were VERY nice!! Also, food was WONDERFUL!!!
