Stopped into Summit & Main this afternoon to grab a sandwich. Super friendly staff, ordered up the Cook’s Pond, and it was ready in a couple minutes. Really enjoyed this sandwich today!

I only cater from them- every occasion whether it’s a birthday party or family get together. Delivery is always on time. Great food and fair prices. They are always flexible in creating dishes for me that are not on their menu. My husband and I also love their sandwiches ( estling and jalapeno harry ).

We used Sunmit and Main catering for a party for 40+ and the food was amazing! Prices are reasonable and they did a great job packaging everything. Highly recommended!

Best cheesesteaks around. Do not share them with anyone. Highly recommend the Irish (shaved steak sautéed in Guinness) and the Hen house.

Today marked my second visit to the ‘ole Summit and Main Deli in Denville. I discovered this little gem a couple of years back on a Sunday when Sergio’s was closed. I don’t remember what I ordered that day (think it may have been a Tuna Sub) but I remember it being delicious and the wait not very long. I remember the bread being very fresh and hearty (this place doesn’t do skimpy loaves!) and the sandwich outstanding. I came back today for lunch. Their credit machine was out of commission so it was cash only. Luckily, today was one of the rare occasions I actually had some dough on me (serendipitous people). I was in the mood for my favorite kind of sub, the mighty Italian….the Italian Stallion of subs, the Master of Disaster in the Deli. (I’m looking at you, all you fellow Rocky fans out there!) The ladies at the counter recommended The Townie, which is essentially an Italian sub- ham, Cappicola, Genoa Salami, Provolone, lettuce, tomato, onions, salt and pepper, oregano, oil and vinegar. I went with the 10-inch sub. I figured if I didn’t finish the sandwich I’d have some outrageous leftovers! Oh what a sub! The meats were piled on high, and everything about this sandwich was incredible. Next time though, I will ask for extra oil and vinegar (I’m an O&V fiend) and for a little mayo to be added. This place serves breakfast all day, and they also have a special where you get $2 off a 6-inch sub. Not bad! I only wish they included chips and/or a drink with a sub order. That would make it 5-star for me. Well, I’ll be back! Check this deli out! It’s a great little find in a cozy little town! There’s a small lot on site for off-street parking also.

“Thanks, hun” typically guarantees a good meal when heard at a restaurant in New Jersey. This place is an excellent example.

The best sandwich place around and their Chili is literally mouth watering!

Summit & Main is top quality food. So many choices of sandwiches with the names of surrounding areas of the town and beyond. They have homemade breakfast and lunch and takeout plus they do catering. The whole town raves about them as well. We go there frequently! 5 Stars!!
