I’m not going to lie, everyone there was super friendly and nice atmosphere but I ordered something so simple and didn’t get it right. Ham, Swiss, bacon, and mayo on a wrap. Open it up…… No mayo on it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t go back cause I was already at the hospital visiting someone and wasn’t leaving for that. It’s frustrating. I normally check my orders before I leave somewhere but didn’t in this scenario cause it was an easy order and figured you couldn’t mess that up. It’s a huge Lesson learned, always check before leaving. Even though you shouldn’t have to.

I got the Captain Fred’s masterpiece, I really enjoyed it. My group also got a couple Reuben sandwiches which I tried and I enjoyed that as well. The portions were not overly huge but average sandwich size. I enjoyed the macaroni salad my sandwich came with as well, if I’m in the neighborhood I would go back.

I spoke to the owner, I believe, after a door dash incident and he was awesome! He worked quickly to correct the issue (that wasn’t even his fault at all) and delivered my food himself. He made a possibly stressful situation really simple. Plus, the Mac salad is delicious!! I will definitely order from here more often.

Got an italian hero with probably 1/8th of an inch of meat on it. For $12 thats pretty pathetic , not filling at all. When theres more bread than actual meat and veg its a problem. Girlfriend got the grilled pineapple chicken avocado sandy and it was super dry. Pineapple not grilled at all and tasted unripe. Shame shame shame

Prior to today’s visit, I would have enthusiastically given Summerwind 5 stars +++. Sadly that is no longer the case. Upon spotting the “Under New Management” I was instantly concerned. Unfortunately all of my concerns were justified. The sandwiches went from top to bottom shelf and that’s not even factoring in the extended wait for said poor sandwiches. A bright side is that the customer service was very nice, I hope the new owners find their stride and return the food to it’s former high levels.
