One of the most tasteful, flavorful, real Mediterranean food I even tried. Kebab combo was exactly like in the Middle East or Turkey. And the appetizer plate including dolma, hummus, falafel, baba ghannouj was excellent and the freshest. I guess they preparing it just in time, everything is amazingly fresh. The service was so friendly and we got some nicely served tea too. Home made Baklava is a masterpiece 😉

Super disappointed! I asked before ordering if their Lamb Shank had any meat on it and the gal at the counter gave me a speech about they can’t control how much meat is on it, sometimes more than others. Unfortunately this was the “other “ time and it only had literally TWO bites of meat covered in rice and carrots so you cannot see what you are being served. You would think that they would serve 2 shanks if they are that tiny or adjust the price they charge of $20!! I hadn’t come to the restaurant for awhile because of the same experience previously, that’s why I inquired before I ordered.

I want to start off by saying I enjoyed my meal, my wife not as much. If you want to know why it’s only 3 stars, read on. When rating places, I think people tend to do 5 stars if they like it and 1 if they don’t and we need better info than that. The place had very high ratings so we checked it out. The Halal Chicken Shawarma plate is bit dry they need to make bit more spicy and maybe provide sauce with it. I have never seen a plate with such a small quantity of rice I was disappointed for what I paid for.

Some tasty halal dozen plus combo kebab meals to choose from food , a decent clean restaurant with hospitable service, no reason you shouldn’t visit to the place for a nice meal, if you are in the contra costa county or Danville neighborhood , found with worth more than a couple of visits.
