I come here very rarely and my go to place is Volume Hookah Lounge. I came here since this place is open early and what a huge disappointment. The young server gave me very bad coals that weren’t even lit, didn’t put the coals on the hookah and waiting after 30 mins hoping I would get fresh coals/or he would rotate them NOTHING. I was left with the bad coals the whole time. My hookah wasn’t even warm or smoking anything. When I went to the restroom just on his phone. If I could I would have refused paying service and leave no tip. It was just hookah and dead coals. Ridiculous!!!

Worst place ever, if I could give 0 star I would without thinking, worst waiter ever, I waited 30 minutes for tea, no hygiene at all, I don’t know how this place works, where is the owner or manager, I don’t recommend going there ever , And an 18% tip was added that this waiter, who is not fit to work even in a car wash, does not deserve it. I hope to meet the manager of this place. Don’t ever go there, take my word for it

We had a craving for fried halloumi cheese, quick google search lead us here. The serving sizes are massive (plenty to share), the chicken shawarma plate was *chefKisses delicious & the homemade pistachio ice cream was a real unexpected treat. A little off the beaten path but totally worth the stop, we will definitely be back.

Everyone is attentive, the food is fantastic (if you know what to order so ask for help or recommendations if it’s your first time) and the argileh is always on-point!
