My FIRST & LAST TIME ever eating this garbage! Workers are rude, food was cold and tasteless and their menu way over priced! They false advertise the combos come with a roll but then want to charge you extra?! Not worth your time or money!!!

My girlfriend and I got mistreated June 2nd 2023 by the only employee working at 5:45pm… said employee had a horrendous attitude. He also mislead us in regards to pricing. Upon realizing the actual charge, we changed our order for a different plate (better value to get something else). The employee proceeded to mix the the shrimp veggies to the steam rice. (Enough to cause allergy reaction to someone allergic to shrimp). Employee then refused to serve us and also refused to give his name but i took a picture of him.I’m sure to report this to the better business bureau Monday morning. License #68279.

Ordered the spicy beef ramen here for lunch. Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. The beef in the ramen was fatty and tough, most pieces were difficult or impossible to chew. My wife didn’t mind the bourbon chicken rice bowl but we both agreed we won’t be back.

I wasn’t expecting great ramen, but oh my god was this stuff vile. Broth smelled like a public bathroom. My brother and I both dared to take a bite and immediately tossed what we bought because the smell made it inedible. There was absolutely no taste to the broth or noodles. Honestly you’d get more flavor and value from a cup of noodles from the grocery store. Save your money and eat literally anywhere else but here.

This place is awful. I was debating on which chicken I wanted to buy and asked to try a piece to decide. They do not allow you to try a piece even when you’re buying a plate. The guy also had a horrible attitude. No wonder they only have a 2 star rating. After reading the reviews I’m glad he was a jerk.

Ordered spicy beef ramen. Was good but not as spicy as expected. Beef was a bit over cooked. Also Ordered the teriyaki chicken. I was not given the spring roll. I did ask for it and I was told no because I was given 2 chickens. I did not ask for the 2 chickens . Very disappointed and I felt as if I was given a bait and switch.

0 stars. ZERO. Absolutely terrible and they shouldn’t even be in business. “Ramen” noodles are literally spaghetti. Broth is literally store bought beef stock. Not a hint of seaweed anywhere. Egg is plain and just looks like it was previously frozen. Absolutely no flavor and I don’t have COVID. Inconsistent bowl portions, and for the price is an absolute ripoff. How this place was ever opened is beyond me and it makes sense why nobody was in line.

Very bland ramen (“curry chashu”). The pork cutlets lacked natural color and tasted like fish. Incoherent service that kept screwing up my order and didn’t really know the ingredients. Mexican drinks at Japanese-named place? For any sort of spice, they could only offer sriracha, so also not Japanese. At the same cost of $8, a more authentic and flavorful ramen is at nearby Mitsuwa’s Santouka, another cafeteria spot. (Of course, unlike these two comparable places in the same venue category, authentic Japanese restaurants are expected to be at a higher level.)

The employee charged me for something I didn’t even order (extra $9 charge), then when I told him he overcharged me, he said he can’t give me my money back and just threw me a chicken bowl and walked away. Awful service and attitude. The food we did order was bland and soggy.

Please don’t waste money here, I ended up going because i was on a lunch break and ended up feeling ill right after. Not only was the food overly priced and not good I literally couldn’t even finish it. The server who I’m guessing was the owner was also rude and condescending and the whole experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. I could have made the so called “Ramen” in w microwave with a pack of noodles and some beef broth from a box.
