Their food was good. Their service was good too. However, it was really hot in there. I don’t think they have AC.

The take-home chole bhatura and chats that we ordered smelled bad and the food seemed stale. We could only manage to eat the jilebi, while the rest of it had to be thrown in the garbage. The service at the payment counter was also bad, with utter confusion prevailing. To make matters worse, we were charged twice, and it was only later that the extra amount was returned. We will stay away from this place.

Sukhadia’s kesar jalebis are to die for – unparalleled, even after bringing in most shops back in India. I’m unable to palate jalebis in Kolkata after being acquainted with Sukhadia’s.

Excellent place. First of, the facility is very neat and welcoming. The contemporary style is very appealing to all masses. The food has been rightly portioned and truly Yummy!!!! They make fresh food to order, including the tea. Loved it. The samosas are awesome and the sweets are sumptuous. The restrooms are clean and tidy. Definitely my regular stop.

The person at the counter had no idea how to be a good server. Very serious and gave the feel – don’t talk to me.

Bad service. They use to be one of my favourite – if I had a choice I wouldn’t give them a star. Service was awful from the kitchen. Asked not to put onions on my chat and they had onion. The lady comes from the kitchen we show her the plate with onion and she still refused to believe. The cashier Nandini was very good great sense of customer service. Kitchen can do a lot better . Jalebi was stale

Very bad experience. We went at 8:30 PM and they said they had only chats and did not take other order. Later after 10 minutes they didn’t take the chat order as well. Very poor service. The first time we went there, the paneer chilly was too oily and we did not even like it.

Service Sucks. They serve the food for sit down customers in disposable containers. They have low standards. Customers have to go to the cook to pick up their food. Plastic cutlery not individually wrapped, it’s being touched by the customers. The customers have to go to the water dispenser to get their own water, everyone touches the lever that releases the water. This is very unsanitary

Sorry to write this review but the food is subpar except for Jalebi. Overpriced items and food is served soggy since it’s premade and kept under the warmer. Dabeli, samosa- should be made fresh. Sweets which were once decent have taken a nosedive in quality.

Added a star because I could not give negative stars. Horrible service. Ordered papdi chaat. The yoghurt in the container got over so the old lady at the counter poured water in the bottle n rinsed it and added to the chaat. When we asked for containers to pack it up she yelled at us asking us what we needed the container for. The table next to us got good service. M not sure if she behaved that way because we were Muslims and wearing scarves.
