Food was good. The Tito’s Strawberry Lemonade was a good drink for me ✨Service was stellar, my server was very attentive! Did have to send my food back to be fixed by the kitchen but it was fixed and came back way better! The artists that performed Friday night were great. Will be back.

The atmosphere was great, the DJ was phenomenal however everything else was the complete opposite of the atmosphere and DJ. We arrived at 2:00 place our order at 2:15 didn’t receive one of our orders til 3:30(the second order never came out). It was $22.00 for one piece of fish and $5.00 up charge to switch fries to another side. Then, people at the table ordered the same meal and it looked different on each plate. The manager came over and apologized for the time and for the other meal not coming out and discounted the ticket 20%. I paid it because i like supporting Black owned Businesses, because had it been else where we wouldn’t have paid for absolutely nothing.

Horrible establishment. If I could give no stars i definitely would. Came on Mother’s Day with a group and the server was rude. Then we ordered at 1:15 and still hadn’t eaten at 3. Very low budget decorations.

My family and I will NEVER dine here again! The food was mediocre and way over priced. Was charged $2.00 per refill for drinks that were in very small glasses. Was also charged 20 percent gratuity for a family of five, twice because we split the bill! Completely ridiculous! The floors were sticky, there was a foul smell in the resturaunt, and the table didn’t feel clean. The entire atmosphere felt unsanitary! Absolutey disappointing and I hate I spent a dime, but never, ever again!

First time being at Sugar’s. I must say it was really enjoyable, it was cozy and very entertaining experience. The Food was great, the staff was very nice and tentative. Not to pricey. Hands free menu that you use by QR code on your on personal phone. If your Claustrophobic don’t attend it’s a up close and personal entertainment. Well worth the admission. Me and my wifey will be attending again in the near future..

The food was great, we had the loaded fries and catfish & grits. We went early evening on a Saturday and there was no crowd. The thing I disliked was there was no host to greet us. We stood there waiting as the workers were laughing and talking among themselves, I think management needs to do a better job with having everyone in position and ready to go when customers walk through the doors. Its just good business practice. Despite that issue, I’m still going to be generous and give this place 5 stars because the food did not disappoint.

Don’t go here if you are hungry, waited 2 1/2 hours for our food. Watched servers dancing, doing line dancing with the quest. Walking around with microphones singing.Tables are dirty, Finally when I said that I was going to cancel my order, that’s when a manager came over to our table. Gave us our good free, but that’s not what I came for. The food we ordered was grilled shrimp with fish, they ran out of shrimp. We were offered extra fish, didn’t get that and the two pieces of fish we got were extremely small, with fries and the price would have been $27.00. Don’t waste your time, not an upscale restaurant like it I thought it would be. Bad, bad, bad experience

This is my first ever review. My family and I just lunch there on Sunday, which was only 1 other customer at the time. We order drinks, that took longer than expected. When we received the soda’s we order, they gave it to us in a can (really?). We had to ask for a glass with ice, which the glass was plastic and old looking. The food took a long time to come out and it was definitely not fresh. The blacken shrimp was crunchy and only warm on the outside. My wife got the fried fish (dry) and crawfish (only 3). I could not believe the quality of this food at this price (pappadeaux prices). What was the finally straw. I must have missed it on the menu, but 4+ people they add 20% gratuity (5 of us). That is high, but okay. I asked for the bill and the waiter gave me the card ready to pay (apple?), which was on the tip screen. I added a 18% tip and it gave me a total. When I asked for the receipt, I notice I gave 38% tip in total. The waiter NEVER told me the tip was included, which he new what he was doing. It’s been a year since I came here and I couldn’t remember why I haven’t never been back, now I know why. So much for supporting “this” business. Never again!
