This is all about the experience. Food was seasoned well, big portions, a tad pricey, but it is definitely a great time. Employees are amazing and ready to help with whatever you need. Food was made well and brought fast, then the birthday celebrations are to super fun and all about the birthday person! Side note that the background music is super loud, but tolerable.

Food was really good! Many times places like this are selling atmosphere over food. This had both! Careful on ordering a shake with your meal because they can be so large, they ARE the meal! The sweets were off the charts!

Buyers BEWARE! They don’t tell you up front, however, the automatically add 20% to your total bill that goes towards the business and a pool for the whole staff. The atmosphere is neat; however, spending. Plus, in this place, they only have one waffle iron so if you order waffles, be prepared to wait – which for what you’re spending is ridiculous. For the price, is eat somewhere else and go here for a shake- you’d be happier with how you spent your money.

This was my second time visiting sugar factory, this chocolate fondue is always good but cakes are pretty dry. We ordered burgers and those were rlly good. The waiters are super nice and friendly. And the Milkshakes are AMAZING

Brittany provided us amazing service as well as the manager. We celebrated a 50th birthday and they sang happy birthday twice, played a special request song, provided a free dessert and a free shot! We had a blast!! Food and drinks were on point, just be ready to pay up!!

Went on Friday night during Gen Con, so it was busy, but even so the servers seemed a bit checked out. The hostess couldn’t find us once a table opened, even though we were at the bar right next to the stand and never called out a name. Once seated I had to get up to find someone because no server was assigned to our table. So why 5 stars for service?? Because Veronica the bar tender was AMAZING. She gave us great service at the bar, and also took over serving our table. She worked double duty with grade A+ service the whole time we were there. Cheers for Veronica!

Took my daughter here last night with co-workers on a work trip. It was so fun! I highly recommend going and having “The Candy Shop.” The workers were wonderful, Daniel and Ricky took great care of us and were great! I loved how they asked if we were celebrating anything to make the time there an enjoyable experience that we will not forget. Such a fun time!
