You have to call to make reservations or you will most likely not get a table. Food was mediocre and highly price. All of our food (10 ppl party) from the wings appetizer to our main meal was very salty. The drinks did not look like pictures I received mine without any toppings which was supposed to be candy/flower flavor was okay not worth what you pay. We also got a 40 dollar none alcoholic drink for a kid it was extremely sour and not drinkable at all. We passed the drink around to each take a try/seriously none drinkable it was so nasty. Would only go back for the dessert. But do not recommend for food. The chairs they gave us were tore up. The only good thing, environment was fun and waitress friendly.

Place was absolutely horrible. Food was disgusting. I ordered some dessert here and it was too sweet and was not worth it. Minimum price per item was around 10 dollars and up. The men’s restroom was in complete dissray and looked horrendously disgusting. There is no attention to detail here. Do not undertstand the hype about this place. Save your money, just go to Waffle House for a better waffle and 7-Eleven for gummies or candy.

Let me start out by saying, be prepared to spend some cash. Everything is super expensive, however larger and well worth what you pay.

Food was good, but considerably pricey. When we arrived we had to wait for the rest of our party (who was running late) to arrive before we could be seated and the hostess was very generous with us during that process. After we ordered, we waited about an hour to receive our food and we were only checked on by our waitress once or twice in that time. She said kitchen was struggling and apologized for the food coming out at different times. Half of our party was finished with dessert before the other half even received their entrees. I would also suggest the franchise needs to look into some repairs and or deep cleaning for aesthetics. Our booth leather was faded and peeling, the light fixtures were crooked and floor was incredibly sticky. I would only suggest the restaurant if you are willing to spend a good bit of money on fun themed foods but with small portions and if you have PLENTY of time to spare in an evening.

We went for my son’s birthday, the food was a little expensive and there’s no kids meals for younger children. There were 9 of us and 2 of the 9 had to send our food back. I ordered a burger with avocados and there were no avocados, I was told they were out.. I’m guessing they’d just hope I wouldn’t notice. Anyways I’m not the type to complain so I decide I’ll just eat the burger.. One bite in and it’s worse than a cafeteria school lunch burger. It was so dry and over cooked.. Zero effort by the cook. My husband’s burger was just as dry as mine and my 7 year old told me his was dry.. I had to send it back. My friend got chicken and waffles and no lie, it looked like old grocery store chicken thrown on a waffle. The waitress was super nice but for the price come on. If you’re going there.. don’t have any expectations for good food.. Its not happening.

Food was ok …. Why gave 1 star is the service they all stay in the kitchen talking very loudly. People couldn’t get their tickets wasn’t getting drinks refilled wasn’t getting all their order and it took forever to get our breakfast and there was not busy , even asked for a refill and never got it. Plenty of worker so no reason at all we should have to wait for anything because of their wanting to associate and talk and have a good time in the back and ignore people in the front!… Working in a place like this they need to work on their customer service, and care about their job enough and need better management !!

This place has a very unique vibe which made our dinner pretty fun. Definitely worth going at least once for the experience; watching the bartenders make the drinks is really cool and the birthday celebrations are wild! The downside is that the food is pretty middle of the road, nothing terrible, but nothing special. Our server was also pretty inattentive.

Celeste took great care of us. She had a very positive attitude and was very helpful. The manger Desiree also came by the table to check on us and was very welcoming. We really enjoyed our lunch. The portions were huge!

My sister and a couple of her friends drove from Omaha to Biloxi to celebrate one of our friends birthday. This was our first time at the sugar factory. So we decided to give it a try. From the beginning it was a horrible experience. When we got there the host told us we needed to make a reservation. So we made a reservation with the host she said it would be a 30 minute wait and she will text my phone when a table is available. So I received a text about 15 minutes into the wait, when we get back to the sugar factory the general manager Danyell asked my name I give it to her. She said it’s supposed to be a party of 6 and it’s only 4. We explained to her the other went to the restroom she stated we could not be seated until we were all together cause we needed to order our food together. We understood that we just wanted to sit down and just look at the menu. Danyell had the worse attitude. I have never experience a general manager with such a bad attitude. She was unprofessional no customer service skills at all, she was dressed unprofessional. She wore jeans that were so tight it look like she couldn’t breath, her shirt was tight look like she was going to a club. It took an hour for us to get our food. The food was horrible. The food was cold, the chicken was half cooked. The spinach dip was dry, chips were hard and cold. I don’t know where they found Danyell but they need to send her back to the Cracker Jack box.I will never eat at this place again!!
