I wish I can put higher stars for the service because Tomacia was incredible. A friend referred us to this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Food was quick and fresh, but the atmosphere and vibes were unmatched. They also have this amazing chocolate cake that I still think about every night. There is ample parking spaces & handicap accessible. Can’t wait to return!

The first order was spoiled they heated the food in styrofoam until it melted and burned through and they said I did it they blamed me the owner’s husband and wife.Refused a refund only wanted to give me these 2 plates food excessive salt. I waited from 11-2:30 I waited no reply went in the owner said I could just go and never come back I’ll never go back I’ll let everyone I know about their service and I know a lot of people in all professions he was a nasty bully where money is number uno for them. Pride goth before a fall and a haughty spirit before destruction. We are to serve good healthy food in our community no excessive salt and sugar since high blood pressure is high for us and diabetes. Replacement plates salty called management more than 2hours she going to taste the green beans and call back no callback’s 1 star they need DLHughley shoe booty of the week award.

I totally regret not taking a before photo of our food.. We’re new to the city and we’re looking for a good soul food spot.. Everything we had was delicious.. I had friend chicken, white rice, yams and mac.. My husband had friend conch, yellow rice, collards and Mac.. My 4 year old is a very picky eater but he didn’t play with anything we put on his plate.. Even our fruit punch/lemonade drinks were delicious.. So me and my boyfriend wanted to try a new local spot, and I am so happy we picked this place. First off, it’s a cute little building and the inside is beautiful and clean! Smells wonderful and the lighting is not harsh at all. The music is at a good volume and it’s just a cozy little place. The lady who took our order was so kind and took great care of us. We ordered the conch fritters for the app. They were so good I didn’t want to wait for them to cool, perfect texture and taste. Then I ordered the smothered wings with yellow rice, green beans and potato salad. I couldn’t contain myself, I ate like a starving animal. It’s was so freaking good. The meat was falling off the bone and the spices were just right. My boyfriend had the smothered pork with mac n cheese and corn nuggets. And of course I ate some of his as well cause I couldn’t help myself. I had to try it all. It was amazing!! I don’t write reviews ever but I had to because if y’all haven’t eaten here you are truly missing out. The food is made with love and you can feel it and the atmosphere is great too. I very highly recommend stopping in for a meal. You will leave happy and with a full belly and it wasn’t even that expensive at all. I’ve gone to expensive places and been so sad about the bill. I would have paid 100 for our meal. If you stop by you’ll see what I mean. Thank you guys for making such a wonderful place and amazing food!!
